We invite you to enjoy the comfort of our fully equipped and beautifully updated single-family home in Rio Verde located right on the 13th tee of picturesque Rio Verde Country Club’s Quail Run Golf Course. Our home is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy desert living including a 42” HD flat screen TV, desktop PC with high speed cable internet connection, and new master bedroom furniture including luxury king mattress.
Our 2200+ square foot home is on a well-maintained lot with many fruit trees, mature saguaro cactus, and many desert plants and trees with a panoramic view of the Verde Valley and Four Peak Mountains. The outdoor patio is perfect for relaxing and dining with a view of golfers putting on the 12th green and teeing off onto the 13th fairway.
ACTIVITIES:
In Rio Verde you can enjoy golf on one of five local championship courses including Vista Verde’s new 18 hole course, Tonto Verde’s two championship courses, and through a Golf Package at two newly-renovated courses at Rio Verde Country Club. Many other world famous golf facilities are nearby including Troon, We-Ko-Pa, TPC Scottsdale, DC Ranch, and Greyhawk.
Your stay includes use of the Rio Verde's Community Center with a heated swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts, library and fully equipped fitness center. Local dining is available at both clubhouses and shopping, dining and special events are close by in Fountain Hills, Scottsdale, and Phoenix. Rio Verde also borders the McDowell Mountain Park, which provides excellent and scenic hiking and mountain biking opportunities. Rio Verde has a community church, a post office and a small business district.
HOME HIGHLIGHTS
THREE BEDROOMS - Two master suites on opposite sides of the house make this home perfect for two couples providing plenty of room and privacy, plus a third furnished bedroom offers sleeping accommodations for a total of six adults. All three bedrooms offer king sized beds and the master bedroom features a brand new pillow top mattress set and new furniture. All beds are outfitted with mattress pads and two sets of sheets and pillow cases.
We have many blankets for all beds and extra pillows should you need them. The master bath has a large soaking tub, a full-size stand up shower (glass enclosed), a large vanity with two sinks, and a walk-in closet. The "Aloha Suite" guest master bedroom has private access to the common bath where a pocket door in the hallway closes the guest suite off from the rest of the house if you choose. This bathroom has a bath tub with shower and a large vanity.
The den has been converted to a fully furnished third bedroom with another king size bed and it’s own closet.
KITCHEN, DINING AREA & PATIO HIGHLIGHTS - The fully furnished kitchen with vaulted ceiling has a side-by-side refrigerator/freezer with water and ice dispenser in the door, dishwasher and range. The kitchen has a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a garbage disposal. We have complete service for eight in our dishes, glassware, silverware, and serving pieces, plus complete cooking and baking utensils.
The dining area off the kitchen has a large glass-top dining table with six chairs, and an opening to the outdoor patio. Here you will find a grill, a large glass-top patio table, four matching chairs, and two chase lounges. Extra patio chairs are also provided. A huge electric awning can be extended on sunny days to offer both a sun or shade option.
LIVING ROOM HIGHLIGHTS - The living room with a vaulted ceiling has an L-shaped couch, chairs, end table and coffee table, lamps, HD flat screen TV, Blue-Ray/DVD player, and gas fireplace. Floor to ceiling windows overlook the golf course and sliding doors offer access to the covered portion of the patio.

Full sized laundry room with washer/dryer, iron, ironing board and clothes rack.
Two car + golf cart enclosed garage with automatic openers and many storage cupboards for your use, (our car and golf cart are stored in garage).
Up to date electric golf cart is an available option for golf and local transportation

Lori and Don McCormick from Prior Lake, MN. We purchased home in Feb 2009 for future retirement. A couple of golf and bridge nuts. Now if we could just retire soon and get out of Minnesota in the winter!

Three of us rented this house for a vacation in Rio Verde. It was great! The accomodations were wonderful - spacious, clean, airy. The patio was great for morning coffee and evening cocktails - sun all day, great views of four peaks, and watching the golfers tee off. The owner was very pleasant to communicate with. Highly recommend the house rental.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.
