This condo was initial purchased for our own personal use, but we are now opening it up for those looking for a wonderful home away from home. It is within walking distance to the Convention Center, Petco Park, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza Mall, and everything that downtown San Diego has to offer.

The bedroom has a queen-sized bed that will sleep two with plenty of closet space to hang up your clothes. Additionally, the sofa in the living room may be used as a bed for a child or someone under the height of 5'9" for a total of occupancy of 3. All linens and towels are provided with the condo.

The kitchen includes stove, microwave, refrigerator, dish washer, cooking utensils and flatware needed if you decide to stay in and prepare a home cooked meal during your stay. The condo also has an in-unit washer & dryer for your convenience.

The condo also has an office/den which is furnished with a desk, computer, printer, and high-speed wireless/wired internet access and is perfect for those that have to do some work while they are in San Diego.

We have vacationed all over the world but San Diego is our home. We love the Gaslamp Quarter area so much that we recently purchased another home just 2 blocks away.

Why the Owner Chose Gaslamp Quarter

Location, location, location! This condo is 2 blocks from the Convention Center for those coming to work, and 2 blocks from Petco Park for those coming to play. It is located in the Gaslamp Quarter, which has a vibrant and amazing night life.

The Unique Benefits of this Condominium

Location, location, location! You can not find a more centrally located rental in all of downtown San Diego. The Convention Center, Petco Park, Seaport Village, Horton Plaza Mall, trolley stops, 2 major grocery stores, and over 200 restaurants and bars all within walking distance. This unit includes 1 underground parking space which is secured behind a gate.

    • I booked this condo for a week for a convention - and I was the envy of everyone who didn't think of it first and booked hotels! The location is fabulous - a minute or two from the convention center and Petco, and the Gaslamp restaurants and shops are literally around the corner. The unit was clean and well stocked with everything I needed to live and work there for a week. Having my own parking spot was an enormous help as well, to shuttle friends back and forth to the airport or run errands further afield from downtown. All in all, very happy with the whole experience. I'd do it again in a heartbeat.
