The two-story quaint Victorian Condominium has the living area downstairs and the bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is the living room, powder room, dining area with eat-at bar, fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs are two bedrooms, one queen and one full - each with its own full tub/shower bathroom. The queen bedroom has desk with chair, chest, antique gate-leg table and night stand. The full sized bedroom has painted antique bedroom suite consisting of dresser with stool, chest and a bamboo end table.
The private deck has iron table with four chairs. You can feed the squirrels from here, as they play in the oak trees right off the deck. Watch your garbage as the little raccoons will take advantage of anything left available to them.
Owners are available 24/7 during your stay.
Public transportation is available to property.
You'll love the beautiful Ole Miss Campus as well as the quaint Oxford Square. Roanoak, the home of William Falkner is available for touring and walking trail. Oxford is home to many famous writers, artists, hollywood stars, and athletes such as Eli Manning. Shepherd Smith and John Grisham chose Oxford for one of their homes.
You will not find better dining than on The Square in Oxford, as well as other places around town. We don't want to forget Square Books, which hosts book signings by most famous new releases and frequented by John Grisham on his visits to his home in Oxford.

Why the Owner Chose Oxford
The property is so well located to all the things folks love about Oxford - The Square, Ole Miss, the Best restaurants anywhere, William Faulkner's home, Tail Gating in The Grove, Antique Shops, and a community that will welcome you with open arms. The condo was built by a quality builder with a great reputation, so I knew the property would be well constructed and much attention would be paid to detail.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The little house is as cozy as can be, and it is a leisurely walk to the Library (a walk from the property through the back yard), Antique Mall, Hair Dresser, Florist, The Square, Tennis Courts, and Park. It is so clean and freshly done. You will love sitting on the shaded deck surrounded by large old oaks in the mornings to have your coffee or carry it out to the Gazebo. Everything is there that one could possibly need, so it is so convenient to stay overnight without the hassle of packing a lot of things to lug back when you leave. In the winter the fireplace is so nice to snuggle up to on a cool night. There are televisions in both bedrooms and the living room. It is such a darling, well decorated, clean place to escape when you want to be quiet and rest. Convenient 3 car parking at the front door and adequate designated spaces for guest parking. If you would like to exchange properties for a week, please call me.
The Library is only one block away and so convenient. It seems in your back yard walking through the rear yard of property.

I am a retired real estate broker after owning a business for 25 years. I love making jam, jelly, pickles and relishes from my husband's garden. Love traveling, and we love our Church and Couples' Sunday School Class at North Oxford Baptist Church. I play Bridge and Mah Jongg with the girls, and WE play Spades and Mexican Train with our wonderful friends. Our family consists of one adult son and a spoiled Jack Rat named Sally. We have always lived within an hour's drive of Oxford, and feel very blessed to have called Oxford our home for over 30 years now.

ALL THE COMFORTS OF HOME! This is a great place to stay! Beautifully decorated and cozy. Spotlessly clean. Owner is thoughtful with details. Easy straight shot walk to the square. We made the walk both ways several times with ease. This was one of the most crowded weekends I have ever seen in Oxford so I was great-full to have the option of walking. We did drive to the grove out of necessity to haul all our tailgating gear but got there early for parking.
