Welcome to "A Desert Paradise!" Our vacation home is your sunshine retreat. A 72 unit gated, secure, and quiet complex right on the beautiful Colorado river. The complex is a U-Shape which surrounds the in complex marina/docks. This 1261 sq. ft. unit is the top floor with 2 balconies. One with views of the in-complex marina, pool, and river. Has a misting system for those warmer days. The second is accessible from both bedrooms with views of the private beach and river. A soothing tropical decor sets the tone for your getaway and comfort.
Located 5 minutes from Bullhead City, AZ airport, and the excitement of Laughlin, NV where you can experience the casinos and various entertainment,restaraunts, and concerts. Local to Lake Mohave, Davis Dam, fishing, camping, boating, all major shopping establishments,grocery stores, and restaraunts. Local trips under an hour to Lake Havasu,the old mining town of Oatman, AZ where the donkeys roam the streets. Approximately 1 1/2 hours to Las Vegas, NV. and don't forget Grand Canyon which both make for a great mini vacation!

June 18-25, 2011 We had a great time at the river. We visited Pirate's Cove, the sandbar, and had lots of water fights to keep cool. Our daughter collected lots of shells and really liked your beach themed rooms. Thanks!

March 1, 2011- March 28, 2011 We are sad to be going home today. It was a fast month. The weather was great! The views from our balcony and the condo were so nice. We had family here 3 times and they loved it. We did lots of fun things here we could not do at home. Loved Oatman the old western town with burros roaming wild. Went to a gold mine, Hoover Dam, Vegas, and took 2 boat trips. Also took in a clubhouse pool party and met lots of people. Saw a couple movies in Laughlin too. The mine we went to see was the El Dorado mine. It's a real neat place if you love old stuff. There have been movies made there and stars have shown up too. A must see! Enjoyed staying here very much. Thanks for sharing your condo with us.

Jan 1, 2011- Feb 28, 2011 Thanks Marsie & Wes for "A Desert Paradise" experience. It was a great two months. No snow shovels and just a spring jacket or less. You can't complain about that. Rita and I both loved the views. We're looking forward to next year. Thanks again for everything.

Description is accurate. Well maintained, very clean, well stocked with most essential items. Owners provided everything to make our stay very enjoyable.(Even a small Christmas Tree). Would recommend to our friends. Good location. Complex is very clean. Close to many stores and attractions.

Enjoyed staying in your "Home away from Home!" It seems you have thought of just about everything. With almost record breaking heat for this time of year (112) we truly appreciate staying "Home". As the longest renters thus far, we thank you for making your Desert Paradise the most relaxing and well equipped unit that we have rented to date. It is obvious that you CARE about your tenants. We love this area, except for the casino losses, but they provide good meal deals and are a good sourse of entertainment. Saw good size fish in marina-- Alas: No Pole ! Jan. 6, 2010- March 5, 2010
