We stayed here for 1 month in November 2011. There's very little to add to the previous reviews which from our thoroughly enjoyable time here all seem spot on. If you like a bit of self catering as we did the combination of a well equipped kitchen and a huge open air food market on the nearby boulevard (Thu & Sun, selling wonderful fresh produce) is ideal. There are many good value bistros and cafes nearby and perhaps too many bakeries and patisseries as our waistlines soon discovered! Venturing further afield was very easy with the close proximity of the 2 Metro stations and the beautiful old Marais district is only a short walk away. We highly recommend this excellent value apartment which really felt like a home away from home.

What a charming and fabulous place to call "home" for a week!

The studio apartment was so cute and warm. When I first stepped in, I was surprised at how clean and modern the place was. And surprisingly it felt quite spacious. The staff was helpful and showed me around and taught me how to use all the appliances. Not to mention that you are really close to 2 subway lines (line 7 and 8, i believe). It was literally less than a 5 minute walk. A convienant mini-market was down stairs and a building over for some shopping and many cafes, eateries, bread shops that are near by. It had all the amenitities (A kitchen, fridge, washer/dryer, dishwasher) you need to have an enjoyable stay in paris! This was important to me as I cooked at home a few nights. I would say, if you are looking for an afforable place to stay while visiting Paris, this is something you should jump on. Its remodeled, modern, clean, in a convienant location, and the staff and owner were friendly and welcoming! I had such an amazing stay here and would definitely stay at this place again in the future.

My husband & I spent Feb & Mar, 2011, in the 11, rue Chemin Vert apt and enjoyed it beyond measure. Isabelle not only responded immediately to our questions, she provided us with absolutely everything we needed for a 65 day stay. Her staff were lovely, friendly, English-speaking, and incredibly accommodating. The apt is exactly as you see it in the photos. The kitchen is amazingly efficient & well equipped - we cooked at home daily. Having a Picard frozen food store across the street (try the croissants!) and two grocery stores within 3 mins walk away was fabulous (the Casino store is larger, cheaper & is just beyond the Bus 69 stop at Richard Lenoir, altho the Franprix is closer). There are 2 metro stops within 4 mins walk that serve 2 different lines & Bus 69 stops only 2 min walk away from the apt - these will get you all over Paris in a flash...especially to the main tourist sites. We've spent over 16 months in Paris apts (always vrbo.com) in the last 10 yrs and this apt was the best located and best equipped of all 10 apts in our history. It was quiet. Neighbors were extremely friendly. The bed was large enough for two good-sized Americans (hubby is over 6') and the mattress was extremely comfortable (truly). The shower had tremendous water pressure (we never ran out of hot water). Guess you can tell that we really enjoyed our stay here. The TV had plenty of English-speaking channels (mostly news). The huge wall of windows provided tons of brightness even in Feb! There is an automatic shade that you close at night which muffles all outside noise. Very cozy. We highly recommend this apt to anyone who wants the comforts of home in Paris. You just cannot beat how easy it is to get from there to absolutely every major tourist site in Paris. We ventured into all 20 arrondissements with ease and were able to come home for lunch without losing any precious time. Thank you, Isabelle, and your wonderful Cedric Nait staff for making our 10th Parisian visit just perfect. We will be back!

Hello Isabelle It was so nice to receive your e-mail today. Thank you! ..... I had a wonderful time in Paris. I really enjoyed staying at your studio - it is well equipped and in such a good location. I mentioned to Philippe that I would write a comment that you can post along with your ad. I read that comments that tourists wrote regarding the places that they had rented so I would like to do this in a few days for you to use if you wish. It would have been nice to have met you in person, Isabelle. I have enjoyed exchanging e-mails with you. Thank you for the gifts of the flowers, wine, chocolates and macaroons. That was a really nice thing to do to welcome me. I've attached a photo of my two boys (Jordan - 25 and Evan - 20. I'm the short one in the middle. :-) Adelle

Hi this is Suzanne, I wanted to let you know that Katelin & I enjoyed staying at your flat. It was close to everything & had mostly everything that we needed. I did leave my Paris travel books that are in English....for someone else to use; I hope you don't mind. Also left a couple of English novels to pass along. Once again thank you....we really enjoyed our stay & will write a review for your place if you would like for us to do that. Merci, Suzanne & Katelin S. -Minnesota USA
