Wonderful, relaxing vacation

Our two week stay in " Villa Lara" in sunny Cape Coral was a wonderful vacation. The house has everything needed from the fully equipped Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen and living space. Our favorite place at the house was the fully screened pool and lanai area, very relaxing, having morning coffee, reading, and watching birds and otters in the canal. The location of Villa Lara is absolutely perfect, close to shopping and great restaurants and beaches. We did not want to go back up north to the cold weather. Wish we could have stayed all winter. We will be back. The owner and the agent are great. We highly recommend a stay at Villa Lara.

This was actually the perfect location to plan trips around the gulf coast. Naples, Fort Myers and Sanibel Island are not far away and good for a visit. Shopping and all the tips we got from information material in the house, made it easy to find good locations and spots to visit. The house is in a very good shape and there was actually nothing that we missed during our stay. The house fits very much for families traveling with 6 people. The video on youtube gives you a fair view about the amenities of the house. We enjoyed using the pool and the lanai, which is the perfect place to sit and rest during the evening. The service with check in and check out was perfectly arranged and we really didn´t miss anything . We can recommend this house to all friends and all other without any doubt. The house is exactly as pictured and well maintained. The rooms are clean and the beds comfortable. We enjoyed our spring break with our children. The pool was perfect to relax in. Shopping and resturants was close by and easy to get to. Great prop. management,friendly, helpful and lots of fun. I would highly recommend this house. We hope to come back soon.

Gee, we had a wonderful month in your home! What a difference spending wintertime in Florida!!! Everything was perfect - the house, the property guys, the weather. We will be back next winter, that´s for sure! Thanx guys - Kajo and the family gang from up North...

Great value for money - not for boaters

Hi, we stayed two great weeks in September 2010 in Villa Lara and really enjoyed it. We specially loved that the villa was equipped with household necessities like toilet paper, detergent, etc. Besides these uncommon things everything else is there and is in very good condition. We also liked the pool area with the spa. We could also use the garage for our rental car, very convenient when you think outside is above 90 degrees :) The location is well chosen, close the a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. If you are into boating and want to go out to the Gulf often, than you are a bit far off here. Other than that, all you need is here. You will get a beautiful sunrise just behind the pool. Two things that could be improved: the AC, as it was not possible to get the master bedroom as cool as the other rooms. The property manager reacted quickly and an AC service guy came, but he could do nothing. and secondly - but this is a real bonus ;) - the spa could be upgraded to a whirlpool. That would seriously make fun! All in all, we had a very good deal considering the autum-special price. Thanks and good luck for the future. Hope you all enjoy your vacation as we did! Great Cape Coral Value

Had a wonderful family vacation with children and grandchildren. House was everything advertised, clean and well maintained. The pool was great and the "Kid Safe" fence a blessing for small children. Canal was pleasant and yielded some fish for our four year old grandson. Terrific value for this area. Convenient to shopping and Ft. Myers attractions. Will not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

A great place, perfect to relax! We enjoyed the pool w/ the adjacent spa - our kids loved it! Canal attracts lots of songbirds. Comfortable house is big enough to accommodate 2 couples and kids. Spacious, clean kitchen, plenty of shopping nearby. Great base for daytrips. All in all – Florida at its best!

Wonderful winter days

Villa Lara is a very tidy house in a quiet part of Cape Coral, next to a freshwater canal. We were 6 people in our party and the house was big enough to accommodate us. There were all the things we needed for a relaxed holiday. The pool was perfect and could be heated at any time, even in the coldest winter days! The prop. management was near and very helpful. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to a friend or relative. Thanks Lara for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

We once again wanna thank you for the wonderful holiday we had in your Villa. Especially our kids were thrilled - the big pool, the fishing equipment, the quiet street was perfect for any kind of game.
