Beautiful Villa Lara was built in 2006 and completely renovated in 2009. It is tiled throughout and sits in a quiet part of Southwest Cape Coral right at a freshwater canal. From the lanai and pool you´ll have wonderful sunrises in the morning, and lots of sunshine during the day.
The pool and spa can be electrically heated. There´s palm trees and tropical plants around the house. You´ll have all amenities you wish - from large HD-TVs to wonderful furnitures. Shops, Restaurants and the Gulf of Mexico are just 10 minutes away!

Hi my name is Lara. I am 3 1/2 years old. My parents bought the Villa Lara for me in 2009. I always like to be in my house, but when I´m not there I love to rent it out, so other people can see how beautiful it is here. You can swim in my pool, catch fish from the seawall (please save a few for me) or watch my favorite movies. I hope you have a wonderful time!
