PERFECT VACATION VILLA IN TUSCANY, ITALY. Your group can rent this gorgeous Tuscan vacation villa and pool in Italy for a week, and have the best vacation in Tuscany. The villa sleeps groups of up to twelve (up to ten adults). It is located on the most beautiful hill outside Lucca, Tuscany, which is visible from the villa and about 20 minutes away. From the villa, your group can take easy day trips to visit Lucca, Florence, Pisa and the seaside villages of the Cinque Terre. It has six bedrooms, four full bathrooms, two kitchens, gardens, terraces, vine-covered pergolas, and a private beautiful infinity swimming pool, so there is plenty of space for large groups. It is known in the area as one of the finest villas, with the best view. In 2006, NBC's 'Today show' rented and filmed the villa for a report about the beauty of life in the Tuscan countryside.
The prices are for rental of the whole villa, pool and grounds for a week, and range from $3,200 to $6,800 (from $46 to $97 per guest/night). This equals approximately €2,200 to €4,657 euros.

Hi, we are Katie and James Edmunds. We bought Villa Aquilea in 2000 and raised our three children there, in the paradise of Aquilea hill, just outside Lucca Tuscany. We first offered the villa for rent during the summer of 2002 because we were returning to America to visit family. It quickly filled up and has stayed full ever since -- the place is truly magical. The vast majority of our bookings come from former guests or friends they refer to us We recently moved back to America (Boulder Colorado) so that our children could have a bit of American schooling, but our hearts are still in Tuscany. We have had about 1000 guests over the years, most from America (but also from Canada, England, France, Norway and others), so if you would like a firsthand report on the experience, we'll be glad to put you in touch with a former guest who lives near you.
