There is a fantastic private neighborhood beach on the Saco river and Story Land is only a five minute drive. Or maybe your interested in a romantic luxury vacation for a special occasion. There are many fantastic restaurants just moments away and a cozy fireplace and spectacular views will be waiting for you when you get back. Plus! five of New Hampshire’s best ski areas are so close you’ll want to ski them all.(Attitash is just over one mile up the street, Cranmore and Black Mt are only 12 minutes away, Bretton Woods 28 minutes, and the local favorite, 'Wildcat' is a short 20 minute drive.)

Year Purchased: 2008
We own a home building company (LACHAPELLE HOMES) and have built throughout the Seacoast area of New Hampshire for 17 years. In 1999 we decided to expand to the Mount Washington Valley. Since then we have built around thirty new vacation homes throughout the Valley for clients from all over the North East. This Property in Bartlett is by far one of our favorite properties we have ever built. We hope you have a chance to stay at our New Home and enjoy the Valley as much as we do.
Why the Owner Chose Bartlett
We have owned property all over the Mount Washington Valley and this location is by far our favorite. We are close to all the major ski areas as well as Story Land, Jackson, North Conway Shopping and some great restaurants. Come and visit and see why we love it here so much.
