Great Property with minor disapointments

This is a great property, very clean and very close to the beach and great eating places. The A/C and overal property is outstanding. Our only minor complaint is that the "Shared pool" listed in the description is not on the property but at a Hotel a few miles away. Additionally the phone never worked for our week stay.

Recommended for:Adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway, families with young children.

On our first trip to USA, we decided to go to Fort Lauderdale. To find out where to stay, we used VRBO website. Sitting in Norway and try to decide which rental to choose, we landed on Sea Grape in Lauderdale By The Sea. With high expectations we left for holliday and FL. When arriving the appartment we could conclude imidately that our expectations was fullfilled to moore than 100 %... Wonderfull appartment, great location, 2 min walking to the beach, restaurants, shopping...everything was in the neighborhood. 3 floor app., large bedrooms all with own toalet/bathroom, roof terrace with magnificent view. Fully equipped appartment with designer style make this the most beutifull rental home we ever rented. Anthony, the landlord, deserve our greatest gratitude for his effort to secure our hollidays success. Thank you so much ! We highly reccomend this appartment to everyone who are thinking of a rental home in FL. Thank you again, Anthony. Hope to see you again in FL. We contact you again on our next trip to FL. My family stayed during the Memorial Day weekend. The property is very close to the beach and local bars and restaurants. The design provides a great setting setting to be together but also the privacy when needed. Overall the property is very clean, well equiped with kitchen items and an exceleent audio set up for movies or music. No need to look any where else!

My family and I stayed at this large, lovely, beautifully decorated townhome several months ago. It has all the amenities anyone could ever ask for and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach and restaurants!The location is great for every age, from young to old the area has so much to offer and yet has the feel of a cozy, family oriented, sleepy little beach town.For night life, it's just minutes aways from Ft. Lauderdale beach and Las Olas Blvd. Not far from The Hardrock Casino and approximately 45 minutes from Miami! In the other direction (North) it's 45 minutes to Palm Beach, City Place and Clematis Street.We loved our time spent here and will be coming back very soon!

I stayed at this rental with my family. We are from Illinois. It was the most amazing experience. One block from the beach and the condo was absolutely beautiful. The design and decor was truly outstanding and we felt so at home yet with such an elegant vacation feel. The owner was so accommodating, and provided for us whatever we needed. The whole experience was delightful. My children can't wait to go back. It was the most beautiful condo and even the glassware, dishes, and all the other accommodations were just perfect.We will definitely be going back every year.

I have been staying in this beautiful town home for 2 1/2 months, and have enjoyed it very much.It is very comfortable with beautiful furniture, drapes and accessories.I have have guests come to visit and they have enjoyed the ambience as well as the space and privacy of the 3 bedrooms with ensuites, and the powder room on the main living area.The owner is very helpful, and has been there for us when we need him.The beach area is very near, and there is always something to do here, if you want, and quiet in the town house if you choose.
