From the moment we walked in, to the moment we sadly had to say goodbye we were elated at the service and facilities provided at this wonderful home. The home was clean, the pool was heated as discussed and the location was as described in the listing. The community felt safe and had many convenient amenities close by; parks, shopping and trails for walking. The home’s décor was clearly up to date and modern compared to other listings we saw. We called for service once for a minor personal issue, and we were treated with respect and professionalism. The theme parks are all close by and the access to the highway/freeway is very convenient. This is the home you and your family need to stay in each and every time you visit Orlando – I know we will! It does not get better than the convinience of a safe home, relaxing pool, clean furniture and very spacious accommodations.

We have just returned from a week long stay at this home. The pictures do not do it justice. The decor is beautiful, there is lots of space, and there is a beautiful pool. The playroom in the garage is a great way to unwind. It took us about 15 minutes to get to the Disney parks and there is an Outback, Applebees, Ale House, Target and Publix all within 5 minutes of the house. The owners of the house, Michael and Olivia, were amazing and answered every email within just a few hours! We are already trying to plan a trip back!!

My family and I had a wonderful time at this home!! My mother has not seen my son in months since we live so far apart, and every morning it was amazing to see them bond and be able to spend time together in such a welcoming home. We planned on going to one of the amusement parks, but could not stay out of the pool long enough to make it anywhere, and we still had the time of our lives. The home was very well kept and the property manager was very polite and attentive. It was good to just have a place to rest and enjoy time with our family. The location was very convenient to shopping as well as entertainment. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we would definitely recommend this location to others.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Happiness House. We had our 5 & 8 yr old grandsons with us & they loved the pool. Everything was just as promised. It was well mantained & the owners were easy to work with. The kitchen was well stocked & the bedding was comfortable. There were plenty of towels, extra blankets etc. The location of the house was very close to Disney. There was a shopping center about a mile away that had a supermarket & restaurants. It was a very hot week when we were there so we did not use the game room as much as the pool but it had alot of funs things to keep kids & adults happy. We would love to stay again & would recommend it to anyone.

Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at Michael & Olivia's "Happiness House" during our Florida vacation. The "Happiness House" was everything we could have imagined it would be. The house was very clean and well kept both inside and out. We all enjoyed the private pool area, and quaint neighbourhood. Our little one loved how close the playground was to the house as much as we enjoyed how the house was located so close to amenities of interest. The beautiful decor truly made us feel as if we were at a home away from home! Thanks for making our Florida vacation so comfortable and we look forward to staying in the "Happiness House" on our next vacation!

We stayed at Happyness House in May of 2011 and I must say it was perfect for our needs. We loved the way house was arranged. Perfect for more than one family. Close to the park and all the good eating places. It was very clean and in very good condition. Would definately recommend it and would stay again myself. The owners were very good to deal with and paper work was simple. I would say book it and enjoy.

My family and I had a very memorable trip and the Happiness House was a definite highlight. The house was very clean and nicely decorated, just as described. I realized once arriving that I overpacked a great deal because so much was already available at the house. The kids loved the pool and game room - big hit. The bedrooms had plenty of space and the beds were very comfortable. The communication with Michael and Olivia was always timely and informative. I would not hesitate to stay here again and would recommend it to family and friends visiting the area. I hope to be back soon!

We stayed at this non smoking home in February 2011 with our 3 young grandchildren, son, & daughter in law. The home was extremely clean, well maintained & tastefully decorated, with more than enough room. In actuality the home is much nicer that the pictures provided. There were 5 newer TV's & a furnished games room which was used quite a bit. The home had every thing required for our stay & very comfortable. The location was perfect, close to Disney & all ammenities were only a short drive away. Any type of restaurants, shopping etc. were close by. There is even a small playgound & park in very close proximity. Communication with Michael & Olivia was extremely easy, accurate, accomodating & responses to any questions answered honestly & quickly. After our stay we were contacted quickly by them & received our security deposit back within a week. This home contributed a great deal to an excellant vacation. We would highly recommend this home & it's owners.

We stayed here in Nov. 2010 and loved it here! The home looks exactly as it is pictured and the owner is very friendly and helpful. As a matter of fact my 3 year old keeps asking "When can we go home?" I tell him "we are home" and he says "No, home to Mickey's house." The only thing I would change is that I think they should have bed rails available for those staying there that have little ones, especially since there are 2 kid themed Disney rooms.

We wish to thank Michael and Olivia for letting us spend unforgettable holidays in a beautiful dream home and much more beautiful in reality than the photos, with a very spacious living space and a wonderful decoration. The house is very clean compared to other rentals we rent at earlier and paradise for small and large with a large playroom and console games for children. I want to say to anyone who wishes to rent the villa that can come without any hesitation because michael and Olivia are very responsive to any request and I will not hesitate to come back soon in this house close to disney and every shop and restaurant, that of the dream.

What a wonderful home! It is exactly as described on the website except better. We loved looking at the decor, the pictures were fascinating! It was clean and very comfortable. The bed and linens were upper class! We loved the privacy of the pool. The location was perfect for a disney vacation. Very close to parks, restaurants and all facilities. The rental experience was professional and painless. Communication was excellent. Michael was great to work with and if we ever visit central Florida again we will definitely use this home! I recently had the pleasure of staying at this villa with my family. To begin INDIAN CREEK is great, it is located just minutes from restaurants, shoping centers, and Disney's entrance. The Villa itselt was extraordinary. The pictures really did not serve it justice. It had all the conveniences of home plus a few others for comfort. The owner was very organized and efficient. He was available for all my questions and request and provided great customer service. We were so pleased, that we extended our stay another day. We spent 7 nights in september but not enough!!! the house was the first step for a week of dreams !! We were at Disney world in the morning and came back in the house in the afternoon for 2 or 3 hours to relax !! in the evening we went again in Disney parks !! Really fantastic !!! The house was perfectly located for us , clean and it was the first time for us to stay in a five stras house !! usually we stayed at the hotel but never again !! We all want to thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us for our family vacation. Our family of seven including adult children & grandchildren spent a week in Orlando and the weather was fabulous !! Your home is perfect for young and old. The family room & kitchen provide space for togetherness while you can always get away for alone time in the living room. The pool was a comfortable temp and always inviting. The grill was perfect for eating at home when desired but there are so many restaurants close by to also eat out. It couldn't have been a more perfect week. Oh - can't forget the Mickey waffles each morning for breakfast! Will recommend & will definately be back!

In August 2010, we spend 10 nights in this fabulous house. We had very good vacation. We went at Disney every 2 days, and we stayed at home the other day to relax (it takes about 15 minutes to go to Disney). The children had very fun play in the pool, with video game and in the amazing games room. The villa was spacious and exactly as pictured. Everything was spotless, we had everyting we needed and it was very quiet. Also I would like to comment on how comfortable the beds are. The matresses are so comfortable ;-) The next time we go to Disney, we will rent, for sure, the Hapiness House again. We recommend this home to anyone who likes easy access to Disney with lots of space to relax when their back home after a great day at Disney. Overall, it was easy to deal with Michael, he return promptly every call and email. The deposit was sent on the week after our stay. Thanks so much Michael for this fabulous vacations !!

UK Visitors June 2010

We stayed at Happiness House (HH) for two weeks in June 2010. With literally hundreds of properties to choose from in the Kissimmee area it was a little difficult to decide, however with the detailed description and quality of photographs of HH we enquired about availability and cost. From the moment we engaged with Michael and Olivia we were confident that we had chosen well. The process to book the house and arrangements to “check-in” was simple and very well documented. Having stayed in several properties in this area before we knew what to expect, however on walking in to HH we were pleasantly surprised. Michael and Olivia have created a home away from home, the quality of furnishings and the attention to detail ensure that from the moment you walk in you feel at home, no detail is overlooked. Although there was just two of us, HH would be perfect for two families, with two large (by UK standards) double bedrooms and two large twin rooms, joyfully made up for pre-teen children. The pool area is ideal and a welcome sanctuary in the late afternoon. In June a morning swim could be enjoyed without the glare of the Floridian sun while returning mid afternoon for a well earned break the pool area was bathed in sunshine right up until sunset. Quite simply we found the location, quality, cleanliness and finishing touches of Happiness House to be perfect and certainly enhanced our vacation in Florida. We would have no reservations about recommending HH to our closest friends and sincerely hope that for our next trip to Florida it is available. Stay at Happiness House and be assured that you will have accommodation that is excellent but also excellent value for money.

My family spent a week staying in Happiness House from 5th June. The villa was perfect and at a great location very near the Outback Steakhouse and the Ponderosa for breakfast. The villa was clean and had everything we needed. It was decorated beatifully in a modern style. The couch and the beds we very comfy ! We all agree we would like to return to Orlando soon and would like to stay in Happiness House :-)

Disappointed...

The 'Happiness' house is a very well presented property and in a great location for Disney World. Our stay was very pleasant and I could not fault the house, it was immaculate. HOWEVER! Problems started on our return to the UK when we were informed by the owner that our deposit was being withheld in full for failure to comply with the indoor non-smoking policy which we had apparently ignored. This, apparenly resulting in damage to a kitchen stool in the form of a burn and leaving the house smelling of tobacco which the owner described as a 'disaster'. If there was any truth behind the accusations I would expect the repair costs for any damage we had caused to be deducted from our deposit, this is after all why a deposit is paid. However, this is absolutely not the case. At no point during our stay did I, the only smoker of the party (which incidently consisted of 4 young children and a lady pregnant with twins) smoke anywhere close to the inside of the property, let alone cause any cigarette related damage to the furniture. The suggestion that the property smelled of tobacco on our departure is just as ludicrous and it has left me feeling very uncomfortable and more than a little bit cheated out of a significant amount of money. The truth is that we took exceptionally good care of the property during our two-week stay and left it in just as immaculate condition as we found it. On our departure we vacuum cleaned the whole property, washed and dried ALL of the towels and bedding, emptied the trash, counted in the accessories for the games equipment etc etc. we certainly did not damage any furniture or smoke inside the house. My advice to anyone potentially looking to rent from this owner is to tread carefully. I remember feeling under pressure to pay my deposit quickly to secure the rental property ahead of 'many other interested parties' for the dates we wanted and I feel very uncomfortable about the way it has been withheld. There is no truth in the reasons behind it and it's an expensive, bitter pill to swallow.

Owner response:I would like to respond to this customer for the unfortunate incident involving the tobacco smell in the house but he has read the regulations of any domestic prohibitions on smoking in the villa grounds of security for him and the family and respected 'healthy home environment for future families who want a good holiday spent in a neat and healthy, and moreover pins is the loss of security deposit and the same Birthdays have burnt the chair of the new kitchen. I am thinking above all the respect thing is even begins and then met the others before all things, and I leave the choice of my future clients to express themselves at their convenience with complete transparency. We just returned from a weeks stay at Happiness House and had a fantastic time. The house was spotless and exactly as pictured. The neighbourhood was quiet and only 13km from Disney World. There was a ton of restaurants all within 10 minutes of the house, not to mention a Super Target and Giant grocery store 5 minutes from the house. Having our own private pool was just another added bonus. I would recommend the house to families with children as there is a ton of space, even though it was just myself and a girlfriend that stayed in the house. Michael, the owner was great from the time we inquired about renting the house back in the fall and he even checked in while we were staying there to make sure we were enjoying our stay.

We are just packing our bags and getting ready to head home from a weeks stay at Happiness House. We had a fantastic time. From the cleanliness of the house to the comfortable beds our overall stay was great! The house looks like it was professionally decorated. We loved having our own pool and the proximity to Disney and many different restaurants was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend the house to everyone and would consider staying here again myself. Michael was great from the moment I inquired about renting the property. He always responded right away to all of my questions and emails and I felt very comfortable renting a house I had never seen before. The pictures certainly lived up to our expectations.

Our Week at Happiness House

Our family of 4 spent the week at this home during the week prior to Easter. It was clean and spacious as well as very close to Disney. We enjoyed relaxing in the warm pool after a fun but hectic day at the Disney World parks. The big screen tv was wonderful for relaxing and watching a movie at night. The pool table and air hockey table in the garage were a nice addition to our fun week. We recommend this home to anyone who likes easy access to Disney with lots of space for down time. When we planned our trip to Disney, we decided to stay off property, so we could have ample space and separate areas for our children and ourselves. We've heard too many stories from friends who had to hide out in the bathroom of the hotel while waiting for their kids to fall asleep.

Our stay at your place was great. I cannot say enough about the cleanliness of the home. Everything was spotless. Our children are 10 and 12 and LOVED the pool. . Of course, the adults (me and my WIFE ) also enjoyed the pool . Also I would like to comment on how comfortable your beds were. The matresses were so comfortable. The last house we stayed at, we woke up with backaches every day from the poor quality matress. It was an effortless transition to stay in your home. It was so close to Disney! Much better than staying in a cramped resort with no room to move. We will definetly consider staying at your home again when we plan our next trip to Disney. It was easy to deal with Michael and the deposit was sent on the week after our stay !! Thanks so much Michael for this fabulous vacations !!

My wife and I spent two weeks in the Orlando area while working and visiting family. We have stayed in many rental homes in the Kissimmee area over the years. Michael's Happyness House was easily the most well appointed of all of them. We made liberal use of the flat-screen TV (using an iPod to play downloaded TV shows to it), and even brought down a blu-ray player to play HD movies on. The house had everything you would need to have a spectacular vacation. The finished garage contained a pool table, air hockey, and myriad games to keep kids busy. The pool was well kept and the proximity to Disney World was terrific. Michael is a pleasure to deal with and very responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there on our return visits. Two thumbs way up.

While planning our Disney World vacation Happyness House a friend suggested we look at a rental home instead of a hotel. We were a little hesitant but we were glad we did. The house was easy to find and located about 1 mile from shopping and restaurants and just ten minutes from the driveway to the Disney World parking lot. The house was well appointed with linens and the kitchen is stocked with plenty of dished, utensils and cookware. A nice touch was the flat screen tv's in each bedroom and a large screen in the family room. One room even has a PS2 a a few games. The kids spent most of their time while at the house in the garage which was converted into a gameroom. Michael, the owner, is quick to respond to emails and calls. Payment was made via paypal and we promptly received a check for our security deposit refund a week after our stay. It was a relaxing, nicely appointed place to get some rest before our next busy day at the park and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
