It is just minutes from some of Miami Beach’s top beaches, restaurants and shopping. It is less than a mile to Lincoln Road and South Beach areas, 8 miles to Bal Harbor Shops, and 18 miles to Aventura Mall.
The Living Room seats 11-13 people. It includes 1 L-Shaped Couch with 2 recliners, 1 Loveseat, 1 Sofa and 2 Chairs. It also has a big screen TV.
The Master Suite has a king size waterbed and French doors that open onto the deck overlooking the bay. It also has an en suite bathroom.
The other 4 bedrooms are as follows:
(1) Bedroom 2 (pictured) - 1 King Size bed with a bathroom right outside the room;
(2) Bedroom 3 (pictured) - 1 Queen bed with an adjoining bathroom;
(3) Bedroom 4- 1 twin bed, small in room bathroom and 1 pack and play crib if wanted;
(4) Bedroom 5 - the last bedroom has a separate outside entrance, as well as an indoor entrance. It includes 1 Queen Size Murphy bed, in room kitchenette, in room bathroom, 1 couch, and 1 small table (4 chairs).
The back of the home has a 2 level deck area overlooking the bay. It includes additional dining options, a BBQ, a jaccuzzi, and lawn chairs for tanning. There is also a dock, which can be used to dock your rented boat and is equipped with a jetski lift.
Finally, there is a circular driveway for easy parking, as well as a 2-car garage, which can all be used to park your rented cars or store your luggage while you vacation!
