BRAND NEW STUNNING VILLA in Montecristo Estate: Villa #0119 is a unique villa centered at the top of the mountain in the Montecristo Estates. The Monetcristo Estates is nestled on the west side of Cabo San Lucas, in the mountains, above the beautiful Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach Resort, featuring stunning unobstructed views of the Pacific Ocean, the setting sun and migrating whales. This villa was just completed in 2009 and is the largest home in Montecristo Estates.
This Hacienda-Style villa exemplifies true luxury and sophistication featuring over 4,500 square feet [app. 2,800 feet under roof and 1,700 on decks] , 3-bedroom, 3 baths and 1 half bath. It is built on the highest peak on the southern-Baja, 800 feet above sea level and 200 feet above the highest villas in neighboring Pedregal.
The villa has it's own private infinity pool, carport, Gas Grill BBQ, outdoor hot tub for eight, two master bedrooms and much more. Both master bedrooms feature an oversized private balcony overlooking the Pacific and a spa bathroom with jacuzzi tub, separate stand up shower, his/her sinks and walk in closet. All bedrooms have their own balcony and bath.
This villa has an open floorplan perfect for entertaining. The entrance courtyard has a beautiful water fountain and opens into a living room with fireplace and an entertainment center with TV, DVD and stereo. The Villa is finished in marble, granite and solid mahogany woodwork. An ultra-modern kitchen has a refrigerator with ice-maker, dishwasher, microwave and stove with oven, (all cooking accessories and utensils are supplied). The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and beautifully appointed with magnificent views of the Pacific Ocean.
Sleeping arrangements include two master bedroom suites with king size beds, private baths and dressing areas, one master bedroom suite with two queen size beds, private bath and dressing area, a sofa-bed for two in the downstairs lounge, and an additional sofa bed in the upstairs lounge. All linens are provided with daily maid service free of charge.
Additional Amenities:
Guests staying at the Montecristo are allowed "full-access" to all the amenities at the stunning Sunset Beach Resort and all other Pueblo Bonito properties- see the web site links below for both the Montecristo Estates and Sunset Beach Resort and Spa (and look at the photo galleries). There are two fine-dining restaurants, European Health Spa and Fitness Center, flood-lit tennis courts, boutiques, bars (three), delis (two), Coffee Shoppe, convenience store and market, 16th century Chapel, medical center, five pools (all with swim-up bars) and kids activities, Car Rental, and Concierge service.
If you do not have your own car, you will also be provided with a free shuttle service (on the hour) to and from Medano Beach, and have full access to the Pueblo Bonito Blanco and Pueblo Bonito Rose resorts. You have the ability to charge expenses from all Pueblo Bonito resorts to your villa at Montecristo.

Year Purchased: 2009
I visited a friend's property at the Montecristo Estates in 2007 and fell in love with the development. While there, I purchased an ownership position for 2 weeks and decided I needed another 2 weeks! Last year, I toured the new larger villas (mid-construction) and decided to upgrade! As you can see, I love this development...the location is priceless, the staff incredible and the house stunning! I hope you all enjoy the villa as much as I do....it is the perfect getaway for adventure or relaxation!
