Enjoy the world class amenities of Wild Dunes resort, just minutes from Historic Charleston, from our centrally located Racquet club Villa town house. It sits directly across from the resort's main swim, tennis, and playground area and is just a short walk to the beach and Grand Pavillion/Boardwalk area. This town house boast three inviting porches.
Professionally decorated, the three-level town house has three bedrooms (each with it's own bath). The master (located on the top floor) has a queen with a feather bed , private bath with Jacuzzi tub, and open air-deck. The third bedroom is located on the top level and has twin beds. The third bedroom is located on the second level and has it's own open-air deck overlooking the tennis courts. All bed's have luxury 300 count cotton sateen sheets and all beds have thick feather beds added for maximum comfort. Each bed room has it's own flat-screen cable TV. also, there is a GOLF CART available on request which will make your travels in Wild dunes quick and easy. You can also drive the cart to the beach.
The entire main floor is very open and spacious. The living room, dining room and kitchen all share this open space. The living room (with a down filled sofa) area has a fireplace with flat screen wall mounted TV, a seating area, and game table area.
The kitchen has been completely updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and tile backsplash. This kitchen boast all the utensils, appliances, and entertaining pieces you could ask for. All the serving pieces compliment the decor of the darling town house.
The porches are everywhere! There is a screen porch with dining area located right off the dining room and another open-air porch located off the main living area. Both of the porches overlook a large lagoon. There is also an open-air deck overlooking the lagoon located off the master bedroom, and another off the 2nd floor bedroom overlooking the tennis courts. Plenty of seating on all porches offer great relaxation for everyone!

My wife and I grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains but always enjoyed the coast. throughout my career travels we were close to the coast so we decided to invest in coastal property. We chose The Charleston Area because we also love Historic Cities with great entertainment and restaurants and Wild Dunes offered all this and more. All was exactly as described in the listing. The condo is beautiful and spacious and we especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The beach is just a short, enjoyable walk away. Everything that you could need for a relaxing stay is at hand. We also enjoyed the pools and becoming familiar with the Isle of Palms. Charleston can be about 20 minutes away if you are not caught in traffic. At rush hour it took us about 50 minutes. Still very convenient and, of course, there are so many wonderful stores, cafes, restaurants, historic sights, etc. there. All in all we could not have been happier with our choice. The owner was also extremely easy to work with and responsive at all times.

We recently stayed at this location and it was great. The unit/property was accurately described and no surprises. The owner was great to work with before and during our stay. We had a few questions while we were there and he helped us out tremendously. The location at Wild Dunes was perfect. It's about a block away from the beach but central to the overall resort property. Great view from the back porch overlooking the canal. Ammenities in the property/unit were good. Updated appliances and cable/free wi-fi. Definitly recommend working with this owner and staying at this property. It was a pleasure all around and hope to go back soon.

The listing description is "spot-on" about this lovely villa. There were no negative surprises. The villa is spotless and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed the 3 decks and screened porch. Since we were there in Feb. we would always have coffee on the sunny deck overlooking the tennis courts. The master suite is very large and bright. The deck off the master suite has a fantastic view of the lagoon that was always active with fish and birds. We cooked a lot in the villa and found it very well equipped with everything necessary. The beach is just a 5 minute walk from the villa and the bike trail was right outside the door. We found it very easy to contact the landlord, too. We would certainly recommend renting this well-maintained villa and plan to return there next year ourselves.

This condo is a great deal--good accomodations for the price. It's nicely decorated and the beds and furniture are comfortable. The outside (especially the front entrance) could use some maintence--the beach air really does a number on the paint and wood--but that shouldn't dissuade prospective renters from reserving this condo. I suggest renting the golf cart, as the beach is some distance away and it would've been a long walk for my 2 year old had we not had the cart. I contacted the owner several times with minor questions prior to and during our stay, and he was very responsive. And, he returned my security deposit promptly. I recommend this condo and would stay there again. As for Wild Dunes, the stores and restaurants in the resort are expensive, as is access to the pool near the condo ($10 a day in addition to the Sports Pass), so I recommend that renters buy groceries in Mt. Pleasant and eat out at restaurants outside of the resort.
