Welcome to our charming island retreat!
Just steps away from seven miles of white sandy beaches. You can walk every night to the beach and see a breathtaking sunset. Take a beach chair and lay under swaying coconut palms and soak up the sun. Walk to wonderful restaurants right on the beach for a quiet sunset dinner. Walk in the opposite direction and you can enjoy Estero Bay, with bird watching, and a fishing pier. If you are looking for fresh seafood Estero island is home of the shrimp fleet, located in the Estero Bay on the north end of the island.
If you don't want to drive, there is a trolley that travels the entire island. It will take you to the Time Square area, where you will find quaint shops, the large fishing pier, and more restaurants.
Our paradise home is a Duplex - this listing is for one side of the duplex. It has been designer decorated to insure that you feel like your home away from home. With 1,700 square feet, three bedrooms and two full baths. It has a wonderful split floor plan with the master suite in the front and your children or guests are in the rear. It has a king, queen and full bed for sleeping accommodations. The master has a king bed, a walk-in closet, a luxury two head walk-in shower, and a double bowl vanity. The suite has a private sliding door entrance to the lanai which faces the Gulf of Mexico so when you retire the waves can put you to sleep. The room is also surrounded by coconut palms so while you slumber you can hear them whisper. It has its own flat screen TV. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for that wonderful romantic meal. There is seating for six at the snack bar, with additional seating for six in the adjacent dining room. There is also another TV in one of the guest bedrooms. The living room faces the Gulf and has a home theater surround system for those ball games and movies. There is a computer armoire in the sun room ready for your computer. It has a lovely screened lanai that will seat six for those nights when you want to enjoy a meal outdoors or entertain guests. It is like floating in the tree tops. There is enclosed parking and washer and dryer, linens, beach towels and beach chairs are included.
