Our luxury ground floor condo is nestled in a tropical paradise on the shores of Cayman Kai, in the exclusive Rum Point area of Grand Cayman. Seventeen feet of glass doors face the water. Walk right out your back door and you are on the beach. Not the crowded beach on the tourist side of island but a quiet haven to relax and unwind yet close by to the activity of the local kaibo Yacht Club beach bar and restaurant. It is a short drive (the island is only 20 miles long) to town and unlimited activities and tourist adventures.
Park your chair under the palm trees or thatched -roofed gazebo and relax in the gentle ocean breezes. This is a small complex of 20 condos -5 buildings of 4 units each sharing over 300 feet of private beach. There is a pool and spa too.

Year Purchased: 2006
We are both retired firefighters who enjoy to travel. We have been involved in real estate ownership, development, building and management for over 40 years. We are also avid scuba divers and snorkelers. Grand Cayman offers a great mix of all of these loves. It also gives us a second home to escape to for part of the winter after the holidays with our kids and 'gaggle' of grandkids. We call Elk Grove (near Sacramento) home as do all of our kids. We love our time here by ourselves and with family. We have found all seasons to be great here in Cayman.

We are a family owned business who visit Grand Cayman often and wanted a place we could truly call a home away from home. One we could enjoy and share with others at an affordable price. Before buying this condo we looked at property all over the island and loving the rum point area decided this condo is the perfect setting to enjoy the island.
