Welcome to our luxury 5 bedroom , 4 bathroom pool Jacuzzi villa. Situated in the much sought after Indian Creek community our luxury villa has all the home comforts and more to make your families dreams of there magical holiday come true. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms of which 2 are masters. There is a separate dining area for family meals, a fully equipped kitchen and nook area. A laundry room which includes a washer , dryer and ironing board. The great room has luxury furnishings, a surround sound dvd system, 47" rear projection TV, internet connection and cable TV . The villa also includes a game room with a full size pool table and air hockey table for your enjoyment. All rooms are fitted with upgraded ceiling fans and air conditioning. The bedrooms all have 19" TV/vcrs and two have game consoles.
Our pure SOUTH FACING pool has been upgraded and extended. It includes a fully heated raised 6 man Jacuzzi, spray jets ( summer only ), and a sam light which will change the color of the pool water at night. Imagine yourself sitting in a bubbly 100 degree Jacuzzi with a cool glass of wine after a hard day around the parks (pure delight!). The pool deck has also been extended to give you maximum space and we have supplied luxury pool and patio furniture for our guests. There is also a ceiling fan above the lanai area, free bbq, pool toys and a baby paddling pool. A pool safety fence is provided to keep the little ones safe from entering the main pool.

Indian Creek is one of the closest development to Disney. Located on the west side of Disney makes the 3 mile ride very easy. There are several Restaurants, supermarkets and shopping near by.
The Unique Benefits of this House
The Villa is all on one floor which makes everything spread out. It is designed for two + families. After a log day at the Parks It is nice to come home and relax in the Pool and Spa. The kids will enjoy the Playstation 2, Game cube or Xbox. In addition a pool table and air hockey table are in the game room.

11/19/2009 Scott: We had a great time in Florida, the villa was exactly as your site showed it. The house was neat and tidy and supplied with everything we needed. We are leery when it comes to responding to anything on the internet and especially to sending money in advance for services and are glad we chose your villa. Our selection for your villa was based on the comments of former guests. We were skeptical about the posting regarding the distance from the airport and other attractions but it really was as stated. We stayed all day at Magic Kingdom and did not have a long tiring commute back to the villa. The location was perfect for everything we had planned for the week, ie leave in the morning and return by 8 pm and then enjoy the quiet of the house. The weather was great only one cool day, requiring a sweat shirt but, compared to our weather here, that was still a warm day for us at this time of year. in fact we drove through snow in Maine on Nov 5th on our way to Portland to catch our flight to Florida. There were some unexpected guests in the backyard between the wooden fence and the screen which enclosed the pool area. On three occasions armadillos crossed the property. They have quite the path worn down. This was a novelty for us, but perhaps is a nuisance for you. We have told many of our friends about the place and have recommended it to them. If we return to Florida in the future we will certainly look to stay at the same place. Richard & Anna

Perfect!, September 15, 2009 The house was a perfect fit for our stay. Two families with small children and one grandparent there was lots of room for all. We especially appreciated the strollers, one double and one single for our children, saving us from having to rent when we got to Disney. Scott, Our stay at Piglets place was exceptional. The location was close to all the major attractions and with a little inventive planning, my kids were able to navigate the area missing the closing time departing rush on the major highways and still get back to Piglets Place in about 10 min. One of the things that I enjoyed was relaxing in the Jacuzzi after a day of enjoying the theme parks in (90 degree weather) late into the evening or occasionally early morning, just watching the nighttime sky, and seeing satellites float by and an vocational meteor. We had a great time.

Previously, we've stayed at park resorts & at suites outside of the main gate, and this was the best option, yet. Plenty of room, privacy & comfort for all 7 of us, with room for at least 4 more. Close proximity to them parks, shopping, restaurants, major interstates & even beaches. Simply pack your clothes as there is no need for anything else! Amenities & comforts of home for all ages, from newborn to retired. Modern, clean, spacious and privacy for multiple families. Extremely kid-friendly & various safety systems by the pool. We will absolutely go back & tell friends and family. Hope to be back again in the future!

We were so happy that we rented your Villa, which was just what we needed, and the accomodations were "WoW", wonderful, and everything we needed. The Minnie Mouse was appreciated by our granddaughter, who loved Minnie, and also by us, nice touch. The pool was so nice to come back to after a full day at Disney,Sea World, Kennedy Space Center & Animal Kingdom,what a way to end a day, and also begin a day.
