Hi Scott, we're home and the vacation was amazing. your home was just perfect for us!! we've stayed at many villas and i can honestly say that david is the most outstanding property manager we've ever met! he was so responsive! (which says alot...we've been in homes where we couldn't reach anyone for the simplest questions) and we got a great deal on tickets from him too. the spa was hot and the pool was comfortable enough to swim in every day, even when it was 25 degrees outside!! the house was perfect! and the kitchen very well stocked. the fact that the three married couples could have their own bathroom was really wonderful and the 3 kids really enjoyed the bunk bed and tv in their rooms! being just five minutes from disney was an incredible advantage, we never want to be further away, it cuts down so much on the "afterparkexhaustion" i hope we'll be able to stay there again!!

We have rented before and it was a pleasant surprise to find there were things like dishwasher detergent, salt and pepper, and spices in the cupboards. We travelled with three generations and this home lived up to every one's expectations. I would recommend this villa to my family and friends.

Hi Scott, We had a marvelous time at your villa. There were 5 adults and 5 children and plenty of space for all of us. The kids loved the pool and the game room. We cooked meals and found everything we needed. The grocery was just down the street. We were close enough to the parks to come home almost daily for lunch and a swim. It was great to avoid the heat and crowds at midday. We did have 4 days that rained (the ponchos in the hall closet and the washer and dryer came in handy) but that made for lighter crowds at the parks. I will definitely recommend Piglet's Place to my friends and family and can't wait to do it again. Thank you for the use of the villa. It's so much better than cramming into hotel rooms. I beleive we left everything as we found it. Will you be sending back the security deposit? Thanks again, Deb and family.

Mr. German, Good Afternoon! "MY OH MY" is all that I could say. VERY VERY NICE & accomodating. Everyone had their own space & no one was tripping on each other. Would highly recommend it to anyone who asks for a convenient place to stay. Piglets Place was wonderful, and our children enjoyed it alot & glad that you were able to make our family vacation complete. Must say that David was extremely helpful as well. We did not have a bar-b-que grill when we first arrived, but he brought one over the following day. He was a very nice gentleman.

We had a great time at the house, this was the first time that we have rented a home. We normally stay right on property. The space, pool, game systems for the kids and just able to relax after all day at the parks and not feeling like we are all sitting on top of one another was perfect. It was great! All of us loved the pool. Even though we love Disney, this time of year it’s incredibly hot, so we spent more time at home and in the pool! Having a house instead of a hotel room is so much nicer, with room to spread out and no one was on top of anyone else. The only complaint anyone had (and I hate to complain) was that the beds were hard. Perhaps a mattress topper on the mattresses would be nice? But as I say that, friends of ours who were down the same week and stayed at a house nearby on Oneida loop, had hard beds too and they were fine with them, so I guess that’s just a matter of choice. Hello Cindy, At the airport waiting to head home:( We had a wonderful time, 3 tired kids:). The house was great, everyone had their own space, pool was wonderful and everything we needed was there!! Did everything we wanted and managed the parks and heat well. Left the place spic and span, I managed 3 loads of laundry before we left at 8:30am to spend the day at Aquatica. HI SCOTT, IT WAS WONDERFUL. VERY CLEAN , A QUIET LOCATION AND HAD PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE THREE FAMILIES. WE ALL LOOKED FORWARD TO GOING HOME AFTER A DAY AT THE PARKS. THE LOCATION WAS PERFECT TO ALL THE ATTRACTIONS WE WENT TO. THE POOL AND HOT TUB WERE ESPECIALLY A BIG HIT WITH EVERYONE. GREAT WAY TO RELAX AT TH END OF BUSY DAY. I HAVE RECOMMENDED YOU TO MANY OF MY FRIENDS. IT'S THE ONLY WAY TO GO!!!!!! OUR ONLY SUGGESTION WOULD BE TO LET PEOPLE KNOW THEY DO NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN PAPER GOODS , TRASH BAGS,,ETC. Scott,Just to let you know that we arrived yesterday at the villa and all is as close to perfect as it could be. The place is beyond expectation. Dear Scott, Your villa was wonderful. It was close to the parks, the 5 bedrooms were very nice and the pool was a lot of fun for the little ones. It would have been nice to have warmer weather but that was out of any of our control. I just want to let you know that the front bedroom was quite cooler then the rest of the house. It did not impede us in any way but I thought you would want to know. We really enjoyed the house. It was a nice fit for my family. Perfect Place for a family reunion, December 13, 2009 Piglets Place was ideal for our needs. There were 6 adults all having our our bedrooms and 4 children, 2 boys & 2 girls so the other 2 bedrooms worked out nicely for them. The kids ranged in age from 6 to 15 and loved the pool. I loved the hot tub! Location so close to Disney was a great bonus.

Breath Taking!!!!, We spent a week in the Villa and it was absolutely more than we expected!!! Very beautiful and VERY CLEAN!!! The heated pool and hot tub were an extra bonus when vaccationing late in November. The community was very nice and quiet and the drive to Disney was quick and easy. 11/19/2009 Scott: We had a great time in Florida, the villa was exactly as your site showed it. The house was neat and tidy and supplied with everything we needed. We are leery when it comes to responding to anything on the internet and especially to sending money in advance for services and are glad we chose your villa. Our selection for your villa was based on the comments of former guests. We were skeptical about the posting regarding the distance from the airport and other attractions but it really was as stated. We stayed all day at Magic Kingdom and did not have a long tiring commute back to the villa. The location was perfect for everything we had planned for the week, ie leave in the morning and return by 8 pm and then enjoy the quiet of the house. The weather was great only one cool day, requiring a sweat shirt but, compared to our weather here, that was still a warm day for us at this time of year. in fact we drove through snow in Maine on Nov 5th on our way to Portland to catch our flight to Florida. There were some unexpected guests in the backyard between the wooden fence and the screen which enclosed the pool area. On three occasions armadillos crossed the property. They have quite the path worn down. This was a novelty for us, but perhaps is a nuisance for you. We have told many of our friends about the place and have recommended it to them. If we return to Florida in the future we will certainly look to stay at the same place. Richard & Anna

Hi Scott, Everything worked out great - the spa and pool were a lot of fun and the layout of the villa was ideal for us. We enjoyed the short commute to Disney (a couple of years ago, we stayed a bit further away and seemed to be consistently caught in traffic). Just a quick note from all of us to say what a wonderful time we had in Orlando and what a wonderful place you have. Couldn't have been more convenient, more spacious and more luxurious. Much better than any hotel we have stayed at. Having multiple bedrooms and baths gave everyone their own space and made getting ready in the a.m. quick and easy. The pool was loved by all as well. It was great to relax there while we were away from the parks. By the way, our week weatherwise was fantastic, sunny, hi 80s during the day, 60s at night. Once again, thanks for renting to us, we really enjoyed it and will send others your way.
