Our 6 year old, 2800 sq.ft. single story 5 BR 4BA villa with AC & heat is tastefully decorated and furnished with attractive upscale furniture. We are wifi connected with free digital phone service to US and Canada. The two master suites overlook the pool/spa which are conveniently accessed via ensuite bathrooms. There is a queen BR and two Disney themed twin BRs. TVs in each BR are cable connected. All BRs are fully furnished with built-in closets, chest of drawers, mirrors and linens. The 4 full baths are equipped with hair dryers. The spacious great room is homey and welcoming--a place where everyone will gather for conversation and entertainment and find access to the large covered lanai and screened pool/spa area. The sofa converts to a queen size bed. The open floor plan allows interaction between the kitchen, dining and living area. In the evening you can watch the spectacular Epcot nightly fireworks from the comfort of a lounge chair in our pool/spa are
Kissimmee Area in General: Kissimmee is a mecca of every imaginable retail shopping experience--mostly along the 15 mile stretch of highway 192, starting just 1 mile from our villa at mile marker #4. At this mile marker is a shopping center where you will find a Publix supermarket; Outback Steakhouse, Red Loblster, Carrabas and Cracker Barrel restaurants; Walgreens drugstore; and a host of other shops. Fast food restaurants and a host of other restaurants are less than 2 miles from us. A super Target is 3 miles away and super Walmart 5 miles away. In between is enough shopping and eating establishments to satisfy most everyone. Also in Kissimmee, along 192, you will find a variety Fun Spots, Gatorland, Fantasy of Flight, Medieval Life, many mini golf courses and several Dinner Shows (Capone's and Medieval Times). For the visiting golfer we can provide you with information on 20 golf courses within 20 minutes.
Entertainment Ctr., Kitchen, Utility and Game Room: Our entertainment center has a large screen TV hooked up to over 150 channels, a VCR & DVD. The spacious fully appointed kitchen is accented by a bar and stools. The eat-in dinette is adjacent to the dining area so that as many as 12 can enjoy meals together if desired. The kitchen has every imaginable appliance, place settings, silverware, etc. To further facilitate your stay we have a separate utility room with full size washer and dryer. The large game room is equipped with air hockey, foosball and pool table. A craft table and chairs will also give the youngsters plenty to do. Please feel free to sign your names on our game room wall and tell us where you come from.
The Outside Amenities: The heated pool and spa and large lanai are the perfect place to relax after a busy day at the parks or golf course. The playground across the street offers additional ways to unwind. Shops, supermarket, restaurants and amusements nearby (about 1 mile). Yet Indian Creek is away from the hustle and bustle so that our guests can relax in a quiet resort community setting. Given the size of our own family--5 children (and spouses) and 13 grandchildren--our villa is very kid friendly. We just got back from a magical trip to disney. The house was perfect for our trip with our children and their grandparents. Plenty of space and all the comforts of home. We had a great vacation! Absolutely loved Nana and Pop's Magical Villa, so much room. The garage was a big hit with the kids and adults, kept them nice and quiet. Cant forget about the pool/spa, it was wonderful. I was worried about the pool temp but it was perfect. The location was also a big plus, so much with in a mile and only a short drive to Disney. Where to start.... 1) Great location 2) Huge house, my kids first words were: Look dad...it's a mansion!! 3) Perfect distribution 4) Spacious rooms 5) New appliances Really, thanks to Jim and his wife!! Hello Jim & Charlotte, My family and I, loved your home and had a wonderful time despite the fact we drove in Sunday night with "Hurricane Debby". After driving in bad weather for more than 4 hours arriving at your home was the welcoming and comforting relief we needed. The neighborhood was very nice, everything we needed.... drugstores, grocery stores, gas stations a wide variety of resturants all were conveniently located. We were surprised and pleased with he extras, the autograph book, toys, strollers and high chair for the toddler. My grandchildren were able to go to the park a couple of times, we had so many activities planned they only got in the pool one (1) brief time. I don't think anyone will ever forget this vacation and the children will never forget DisneyWorld, as a grandmother I will always treasure this vacation. We are telling all our friends about our stay at your home, it was everything it was advertised to be (no misrepresentatiion) and we are all looking forward to returning. Still excited! We had a wonderful vacation here. We had 10 people and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone. The house and pool/spa are very nice. Everything is in great condition and very clean. My children enjoyed spending time in the game room and the playground across the street. The location was extremely convenient to get to the Disney parks,Sea World,shops,and restaurants. We stayed for a month this spring and it was the perfect place for a family vacation. It really is 5 mins from The Animal Kingdom and 15 mins from Magic Kingdom. The pool and hot tub were great and the kids loved the park across the street and the games room. We had young children with us so the small strollers and two booster seats were a big help. We had 11 people staying at the house for one week and there was lots of room for all of us to relax. The house was clean and well maintained, in a nice neighborhood. Eight of us stayed for 11 days at Nana & Pop's. Definitely the most comfortable accomodations we have had for a Disney vacation, and we've stayed at DVC resorts, Bonnet Creek, and others both on and off site. Everything was sparkling clean. Even my boys, who usually don't notice such things, commented on it. They also noticed that the beds were extremely comfortable. We all enjoyed the pool table and foosball table in the garage and were thrilled that the pool was already warm the day we arrived. The furniture is attractive and in excellent condition. The house is incredibly close to Disney. It really is about 5 minutes to Animal Kingdom, and maybe 15 to Downtown Disney. There were a couple cold nights during our stay, and there are plenty of extra blankets for the two of us who wanted them. Lots of towels as well. Every dish you need is available in the kitchen. There are enough plates and cups that even with a large group you don't run out if someone needs to use a second dish. The owners, Jim & Char, were very responsive during the whole process, and were gracious about answering all my questions. When the fire alarm started beeping for a new batterOwner response: Thank you Paula & family. As much as we love our own & our family trips to our place we also love having others enjoy the home & Indian Creek's convenience to Disney, the other theme parks & the many restaurants & stores that are close by. We are also thrilled with our A+ Management Co. & the wonderful folks they have working for them. It is a class group & as absentee owners it is a comfort to know that they treat our renters like family. Paula's and other reviewers comments are very much appreciated.

This was our first time renting a home in the Orlando area and we could not have asked for better accommodations. The house is situated in a quiet development, a stone's throw from swings and slides for the kids which was perfect for us. Right up the road outside of the development is everything you need from shopping centers to eating establishments and miniature golf for those days when you may want to skip Disney/Universal/Sea World etc. The pool that comes with house is was great. The kids absolutely loved it, and as a parent I loved the fact it comes complete with a childproof safety fence. The house was surprising close to all of the Disney Parks and once we learned our way of navigating 192 Animal Kingdom is right around the corner, almost literally. We did have a couple of issues that came up but the management company was superb in fixing the issues quickly and professionally. If you were thinking about renting a home in the Orlando area I would highly recommend this one. The house, management and owner were all fantastic!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

If you get nothing else from this review... after staying in Nana and Pop's Magical Villa last year, we came back this year. When my wife's side of the family wanted to go to the Disney Parks this year like my side of the family did last year, we knew right where to stay. The house was again in top shape, ready for us to have a comfortable retreat at the end of the day. Jim is very easy to work with, and he and I were able to get all the arrangements made over email without problem. We had a great trip and our family of 4, my in-laws, and brother in law and his family loved being under one roof for the trip. There were 6 adults, 3 kids (9, 3, and 1 1/2) and we had plenty of space to relax, blow off steam and plan the next day's adventure. Thanks again, Nana and Pop... we will see you again next time!!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This was our first time as a family to Disney. Nana & Pop's house helped to make our trip even more enjoyable then expected. It is conveniently located near restaurants and stores, as well as close to the parks. We loved having the comfort of a home so that everyone had their own space and we did not feel as though we had to rush to or stay at the parks because we did not have a comfortable place to stay or were crowded in a hotel room. The kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook dinner a few nights and order in other nights. There were plenty of towels and the convenience of the laundry facilities allowed us to travel lighter than had we stayed in a hotel. We have already recommended this place to others and will definitely be going back. For us this is the only way to go to Disney. Thanks for making your house available.Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.
