Only half a block to the ocean, 2 floors of spacious luxury, 6 Bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, gourmet kitchen, spacious dining and living room on top floor, separate family room on second floor and ocean views from the front balcony. This condo is in the center of the town yet is spacious, beautiful and peaceful. You are surrounded by Rehoboth shopping, other fine dining restaurants, wonderful breakfast spots, nightlife, bicycle rentals, markets and much much more. Its a perfect location.
Are you concerned about parking downtown in Rehoboth, during the summer season? No worries when you rent this condo. We provide 2 parking spots right under your condo and two more parking spaces in a designated parking lot right across the street, diagonal from our condos. You can park your car for the week and enjoy all that Rehoboth has to offer.
We are an ideal year round rental as we are in the middle of downtown Rehoboth, just one block from the main Rehoboth Avenue and one block in the opposite direction of Funland. We are located right above famous and delicious Mariachi Restaurant, a family operated restaurant that is open for lunch and dinner. Mariachi restaurant is located on the first floor and the front half of the second floor. The condo is on the back half of the second floor and all of the third floor. With its solid construction, our condo remains quaint and peaceful. Noise from the restaurant is never a problem as it was constructed with this in mind. The condo has its own private entrance on the side of the restaurant and this enterance is conveniently close to the driveway, so you can easily come and go as you desire without being directly affiliated with the restaurant.
This breathtaking building offers the pleasurable appeal of the tropics with its pink and green exterior finish. Our condo is fully furnished and completely equipped to make you feel like you are at your home away from home. We even provide the linens for the beds and towels for the bathrooms.

This condo provides 6 bedrooms, each sleep two. Then there are 2 pull out sofas, sleeping a total of 16. We put a maximum of 18 people in case families have young children that would not be sleeping in a bed but in a pack n play in the parents room

Mariachi Restaurant, established in 2006 is located on the shores of Rehoboth Beach, Delaware, a half block from the boardwalk. Mariachi features Spanish, Mexican and Latin American cuisine and is owned by Jose Perez and Yolanda Pineda. In addition to a delightful mix in the menu, Mariachi has 2 bars and a range of wines and spirits as well as the finest of desserts. While vacationing or living at the beach, enjoy happy hour with Mariachi Restaurant and special entertainment occurring during most holidays. As the owners of Mariachi, we are located a half block from the boardwalk in Rehoboth. We rented this condo in november for the weekend and it is a fantastic house, the best location you can get. The street is parallel behind the main street, right across the road from the quaint Penny Lane which is a laneway with great shops and cafes connecting you to the main st. And of course its just a hop, skip and a jump to the boardwalk/beach! The huge bonus for us as well was that there are free parking spaces, and the bed linens are provided (most houses dont provide this). Huge condo the rooms were lovely, and the spacious balconies to the rear and to the front are great for sitting outside enjoying the glorious views. And the condo is pink! Very cool. Only negative things we have to say are they keys that are provided are a huge bunch of keys and you have to figure out what opens what and split them up for your group yourself. Very frustrating. The internet password provided didnt work. We didnt get to speak with the letting agent - were a bit nervous renting a beach house for the first time and would have liked a phone call (no answer each time we called) a bit of a personal touch doesnt hurt. But overall everything worked out perfectly for our stay. The agent was prompt in replies and correspondence. Everyone loved and raved about the condo, and I would definitely rent this place again should we visit Rehoboth again.

Sorry about the keys and internet but she is right on site to assist with these matters for next time. I do not remember receiving any messages from you but your second to next sentence mentions the agent was prompt in replies and correspondence, so I am alittle confused by that:) I am always happy to return calls when a tenant leaves a message. So glad it worked out for you and you had a nice time!
