We stayed here the first week of January 2012 and it was the perfect house for 10 of us. The 5 bedrooms complete with their own bathrooms made it very private for all parties. The pool is small but very nice, I would highly recomend this property for families or friends that want to share a large house. The kitchen was great, and the location is far enough from the madness of Duvall street, but close enough given the size of Key West. I would rent bikes for everyone from day one, as Key West is a blast to ride around on, and much more convienient that renting a car.(parking is difficult) The owners were very helpful with restaruant ideas. I would rent this beauriful home again.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, tourists without a car, sightseeing, families with young children.

This was my first time in the Keys and I had a wonderful time. Ten women vacationed at this home for one week in May 2011 and wished we good had stayed longer! The house was very spacious and clean. I would highly recommend this house to family and friends and be willing to return again. Thanks for everything Sean and Scott.
