Down town house with garden and a deck in front and back of house. House is large, cozy, completely furnished and on a dead-end road. Linens available. Child friendly. One minute walk to the ocean. Two minute walk to downtown and restaurants. Three bedrooms with queen beds. One child bed, chair and stroller available. Washer and dryer in separate room (possible to have two extra persons sleep on air matrass).

Pets are allowed but only with owners permission. An animal form needs to be filled out in order to contain liability. Year round availability. Sorry, NO SMOKERS. Rates are valid in 2005.
