This home is also within minutes of the South Mountains, Phoenix International Raceway and several Spring Training Facilities (Oakland A's, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Kansas City Royals, LA Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and the Cincinati Reds). It is also only 15 minutes from Glendale, home of the Phoenix Cardinals. You can also just relax at the house on the covered patio.

You just can't ask for a nicer home or better area than this. Very nice home in a quiet area across the street from a golf course. Very large and nicely decorated.Many grocery stores and shopping all around the area. Community Center pool is very nice and usually had it to ourselves. Owners are very accommodating and wonderful to work with. Really enjoyed our 2 weeks here and will be returning.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

My father rented this home for us while we were in for a visit. The home was clean and had a large entertaining area on the main floor for the family. Nice kitchen with granite and newer appliances. Dont forget your clubs the golf course is across the street.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, girls getaway, families with teenagers.
