This home is also within minutes of the South Mountains, Phoenix International Raceway and several Spring Training Facilities (Oakland A's, Texas Rangers, Seattle Mariners, San Diego Padres, Kansas City Royals, LA Dodgers, Cleveland Indians and the Cincinati Reds). It is also only 15 minutes from Glendale, home of the Phoenix Cardinals.
