Our villa is in the newly opened Phase 2 area of Montecristo Villas. Improvements in design and amenities add even greater luxury and charm. Furnishings are upgraded; the kitchen has been redesigned; there is a larger deck area and more distance between units. There is even a new outside bathroom by the infinity pool to make life simpler.

We are just west of the Pedregal in Cabo Pacifica on the west side of Cabo. Perched on the side of a mountain, with unobstructed views overlooking the ocean, the sunsets are magnificent from this spot. And to add to the beach and activity options, we are just a short drive (or ride on an hourly free shuttle) to Medano Beach, the town of Cabo, and other Pueblo Bonito resorts on the Sea of Cortez.
Each room has a spectacular ocean view. The 2 levels create multiple areas to gather and "hang out" or enjoy some privacy. The “ease” comes from daily maid service, full concierge assistance, and multiple onsite resources, leaving you free to take full advantage of each day.

Why the Owner Chose Pueblo Bonito, Montecristo Estates
It was our first visit to Cabo, and we had no intention of even looking to purchase a vacation property. Frankly, in response to a promotion, we agreed to visit Montecristo Estates to hear the presentation. The more we saw and learned about this unique and stunning resort, the more enthusiastic we became. We began to realize what a perfect family gathering spot for our geographically-scattered children and grandchildren this could be. Cabo is a non or 1-stop flight from most major airports, and the weather is inviting year-round, an added incentive for our families located in wintry climates. We unfortunately can't entice them every year, which is why we are offering our place for others to enjoy in 2009.
The Unique Benefits at this Villa
We love the improvements and changes in the Phase 2 villas. The layout of the villa is perfect for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The furnishings are excellent quality, the attention to detail is impressive, and having all of the bedrooms spacious with gorgeous views means everyone can enjoy a bit of privacy and luxury without having to worry about who gets the best room. We love to cook and eat together. The outdoor dining area makes that extra special. Having full access to the beautiful Sunset Beach Resort means there is a range of wonderful activities for all ages, and a level of service that makes it easy for all.

We are a couple who enjoy all kinds of travel and continually look for new adventures. We also like to relax in beautiful, warm, easy-to-reach settings. We are self-employed which gives us flexibility to travel and work at the same time. Our Montecristo villa is the perfect answer for us, whether going by ourselves or with others.
