Family owned cabin for more than 50 years. We have enjoyed coming to our cabin for many years. It’s 30 minutes north of Seattle and then a short ferry ride to The Island.
When sitting on the deck or inside it feels like you are actually sitting on the water. There are so many amazing views. The entire cabin has recently been completely renovated and updated with all new appliances. The deck which is the same elevation (no step down) as the kitchen and living room sits just feet off the beach and offers beautiful sunsets in the evening and a Mount Baker view on the clear sunny days. There are so many things to do for kids and adults. You can take nice long walks on the sandy beach and look for sea shells while the kids are building sand castles. If you are in the mood for fresh seafood and can take a very short walk to dig for clams and or put out the crab pots for fresh crab for dinner. We have a private boat launch for the fishermen and a deep water mooring buoy to store the boat while you’re there.
It can be a place for everyone. A summer or winter romantic getaway for two or bring the whole family for a week and never get bored.
