Kingston Plantation is a 145 acre high-end, private, gated community right in the heart of all the best in Myrtle Beach. Kingston offers 14 pools, hot tubs, half mile private beach, 4 restaurants and golf right out the entrance. The Brighton Condo is over 2000 sq ft in size, not counting the balconies, and easily handles a large group of people. The Master Bedroom has a king bed and access to a very large balcony with an uninterrupted view of the ocean. The adjoining bath has a shower and a tub with jets. The second bedroom has two full sized beds, an adjoining bath and access to the large balcony with the ocean view. The third bedroom has two queen beds, an adjoining bath with tub and shower and access to a private balcony overlooking Kingston Plantation. The dining area has access to a balcony overlooking Kingston Plantation and the living room has access to the balcony with the ocean view. There's also a pull-out queen sofa bed in the living room. The washer and dryer is near the kitchen. The kitchen counter tops are granite and there are lots of cabinets, including a pantry for extra storage. The living room, dining area and kitchen is a great space for congregating.
The three balconies add to the overall feeling of space. All beds are made up for your arrival and towels are also provided. The pools offer towels so all you need to bring are beach towels and toys for the beach, food, games and clothing. Park in a covered garage and use the covered walkway to enter Brighton. Luggage carts are available to "roll" all your belongings up to the condo, using the elevator.
Brighton has a private pool and hot tub for your use. It's also fun to sit by the Embassy Suites pool and listen to music while you have a light snack or meal. The sand pool near the Hilton and the Splash Pool near Brighton are also wonderful if you have small children. If you like to walk, there's the beach and also a lot of beautiful boardwalks running through Kingston Plantation. You also have access to the pool and fitness areas at the Health Club. Enjoy dinner on the balcony (you can order in from several of the restaurants) and then relax in the lounge chairs as the sun rises or sets. WIFI for your computer is also available in the condo.

As a personal photo, I'm showing one of my paintings. "Grandfather Mountain Celebration" I decided to use a painting instead of a personal photo because our condo is "loaded" with original paintings and limited edition Giclees. It's a beautifully decorated condo filled with art! John and I purchased the Brighton Condo because we fell in love with the view from the living room. If you sit in the living room and look out the window, all you see is water! The condo is over 2000 sq feet, with three large bedrooms and adjoining baths for each bedroom. There's access to one of three balconies from each bedroom, the living room and the dining room.
Why the Owner Chose Brighton
We decided to purchase the Brighton condo because of the view and because it is located within Kingston Plantation. When you enter into Kingston Plantation you are entering into a very special resort facility with all of the amenities you might expect from a resort. You have access to the beach, a private pool at Brighton, pools at Embassy Suites Hotel, and pools at the Hilton (one is a very special sand pool) . As grandparents, we wanted a place where everything is close by and Kingston Plantation is a perfect location.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
The kids absolutely love the sand pool at the Hilton. At night, all of the adults gather on the large balcony to enjoy the views of sky and ocean and to listen to the soothing sounds of the ocean. Shopping is literally right around the corner on Queensway Boulevard so you don't have to get back onto Highway 17. The walkways through out the plantation are great for early morning or late afternoon walks. Of course, there's always the ocean, just a few minutes walk from the condo. Arrivals and departures are also easy because of the rolling luggage carts and elevators. At our age, we especially like this convenience and our daughters like it as well because of all the "kid stuff" they bring to the beach.
