My Villa is in the Resort of Casa de Campo, which has 4 golf courses, including the famous teeth of the Dog. My villa is right on the ocean with a private dock, and just has been renovated, IT HAS 6 BEDROOMS all with private bathrooms and sofa beds. I have four bedrooms with king size beds, one with two full beds, and one bedrooms with bunk beds for children. The house has a swimming pool integrated to a Gazebo that seats 15 people, and has two table, where 16 people can eat. I have a full bar on the Villa.
My villas is staffed with a cook, two maids, and a waiter, who live in the house while it is rented. All my staff have bedrooms for them.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned.
Four of the bedrooms with king beds have flat TV, and DVD
Two bedrooms have regular TV and DVD
I have a studio with a sofa bed that has also a flat screen TV and DVD
There is also a stereo System in the Villa and another in the Gazebo.
The Kitchen has a professional gas 36" range, a 48 cubic feet steel refrigerator, a 26 cubic feet refrigerator and a 18 feet freezer.
From the Villa you can walk down to the private dock and get into a boat. You Can park a boat up to 50 feet long.

Year Purchased: 1980
My name is Gabriel Roig, I was born in Dominican Republic, even though both my parents were Spanish, my father from Majorca and my mother from Barcelona. My wife is Puerto Rican, her name is Vilma, and we have two sons and a daughter, all married and we have 5 grandchildren. I, as well as all my sons, are USA educated in different Universities. My family, we are three brothers, is in the export business of Cocoa beans, all around the world, Japan, India, Holland, Mexico, and specially the United States. I usually vacation in Majorca, Spain, where I go twice a year, and we also go to Florida at least twice a year.
Why the Owner Chose La Romana
I did not buy this Villa as a vacation rental, but as a place for my family to vacation. However the resort where it is located has grown to be one of the best in the world, and it has so many visitors, that I have been called several times by the resort management to rent my house. So I prepared my house to be rented, and added more rooms and facilities. Now I am trying to rent the house more often.
The Unique Benefits of this House
This Villa is in a unique place, because is right on a small private bay that goes into the ocean, where the sea is always quiet. It has a beautiful view, and I have a private dock on my property, from were I can get directly into a boat and go to the beach or go fishing, and afterward, comeback directly to my home. It also has four golf courses, including TEETH OF THE DOG, which is considered no. 35 in the listing of the best 100 golf courses in the world. The resort all has many amenities, such as movie theatres, restaurants, a beautiful marina for 250 boats. My villa is also very comfortable, with a very beautiful and large gazebo, where we usually eat, because it has two stone table, that seat 16 people, and also seating for around 15 people, it is right besides a beautiful swimming pool, and the house is also completely air-conditioned, including the kitchen. It has many details as flat screen TV, and DVD in all 6 rooms and in the studio. It is a place to really enjoy.
