We invite you to enjoy our beautiful home away from home located in Orange Beach at the Tennis Villas of Seaside Beach & Racquet Club. It is on the 2nd floor, convenient to both the elevator and stairs. Our 2BR/2BA unit is decorated in a coastal theme to make your beach stay a memorable one.
You will truly feel like you are on vacation at the beach. The master bedroom has a king size bed, the guest bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. You will find 3 TV's, a VCR and 3 DVD players. You also have your own stacked washer/dryer in the unit. You will have a fully equipped kitchen with dining for six. Everything you need for your stay is here, just bring your beach towels! Our balcony is covered and has a side view of the beach. THIS UNIT IS NOT GULF FRONT.
Just outside the front door are the tennis courts and the indoor pool/clubhouse. Inside the clubhouse you will find the indoor pool, fitness center, steam room and sauna. Down the sidewalk is the beach and two fabulous outdoor pools. There are also charcoal grills and picnic tables to grill that juicy steak and eat while enjoying the gulf breeze.
There are many great restaurants within a very short distance and Adventure Island (one of my family's favorite places) is right across the street, offering an arcade, putt-putt, go karts and a lot of fun. And with our great rates, you can enjoy it all!

The Unique Benefits at this Condo
With small children, being so close to the indoor pool is a real plus. The location is ideal. Adventure Island (an awesome fun zone - arcade, putt-putt, go karts and more) along with several restaurants are in walking distance. Everything you need is within a couple of miles - grocery store, drug store, etc.

Excellent place to stay! Close to many attractions and right on the beach. Property had 3 very nice pools. Some of our family loved the tennis courts, too. Neat and clean condo and the toy box on the balcony was a really nice touch. Kids loved it! And the collection of DVD's and movies in closet. Would definitely rent again and will refer friends. Cindy is awesome.

We enjoyed staying at this condo. The complex had a family atmosphere and was perfect walking distance to the beach. We enjoyed being able to wake up and walk out on the balcony (living room and bedroom access) from the bedroom to view the beach. This condo is also close to area attractions. We look forward to another visit to Orange Beach, AL.

We really enjoyed staying here. The unit is nice and clean and our son loved the pools, especially the big one. Itwas such a nice getaway from our situation from the April 27 tornado. Cindy was very nice to deal with and it was a very fair price for that area.

We stayed over Spring Break, and had a wonderful time! There is everything you need right in the condo. It was great to have a washer and dryer and bring home suitcases of clean clothes, or not have to lug items to the laundromat! We were able to go to the grocery store, right down the street, and save ourselves expensive dinners out. Everything you need to cook is already there. This unit is very close to the indoor pool and tennis courts. That was nice. It was not too much of a walk to the beach. The kids loved it! The adults loved it! There are lots of restaurants (if wanted) and things to do within walking distance. No complaints :)

Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. The kids (age 2 and 10 months) felt like they were at home. I was so glad there was carpet in the sitting area. Great location. Beautiful beach area. Thanks for working with us at the last minute too. We will be back.

Our family had such a wonderful vacation! The condo was clean, the pools (indoor & out) were warm (the view from the outdoor pools is terrific), and the beach was clean and beautiful. The beach was a very quick walk down the sidewalk! Quicker than I expected and that is nice when you are hauling pool toys and sand toys for the kids! The view from the condo was nice, and the 2nd floor location is great for a family with small children. We had one rainy day and the indoor pool was wonderful. The balcony at the condo is a really nice size so you have plenty of space to eat & relax outside. Cindy was very helpful & everything about the condo & surrounding area was accurately displayed and described. We had a great stay. We would recommend this condo to friends or family and we would definitely stay again!
