Quality home with 3 bedrooms and enough sleeping room for 11 people. There are two separate living area's. Our three story home offers privacy on all levels. The master bedroom has a steam unit in the shower and separate decking with a full size hot tub and views of the ski resort and beautiful lake Tahoe. The middle/entry level has a gourmet kitchen with Wolf gas range, granite counter tops and all the kitchen utensils and cooking equipment you could want to prepare a gourmet meal. A half bath is located on entry floor. A stand alone bar with 5 stools and gas fireplace with waterfall above in the living area is also a wonderful feature to the main level. A dining table to accommodate 8 and seating at the kitchen bar area for another 5. The lower/first floor level has a utility room with washer/dryer. Two additional bedrooms are located on the first level. One bedrooms has two queen beds and the other with one queen bed. This floor also has two hide-a-beds, one queen and one twin. Every bedroom has their own TV with premium cable. There is also two additional TV's and entertainment systems in the each of the living area's. Each room in the house has a control for the sound system.

We are a professional couple with children and grandchildren who enjoy summer and winter sports. This home allows for entertaining and relaxing with family and friends. We love the beauty of Lake Tahoe and the comfort this home offers.
Why the Owner Chose Private Homes, Tyrolian Village
We purchased this home because the view is truly the best on the lake. We have a 360 degree view. Every room has a stunning view of the lake, mountains, ski resort or golf course below. While sitting next to the fire or having dinner the view is always stunning, be it sunrise or sunset. The house is very comfortable and has several areas to entertain. We have had large groups here for dinner and 4th of July celebrations. The home is located on a ridge at 7500 feet elevation.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are located in a private quiet community at the end of a cul-de-sac. The house has three levels. The master is on the upper level with a private hot tub on the deck. The middle level is the kitchen and living room. The lower level has two bedrooms and a kid friendly family room. This floor leads to the outside where you can sit on the rocks that overlook the lake or have picnic.
