Our 2 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo completly remodeled in the prefered B building, which backs to the ocean. No view of the road or other buildings from our bedrooms. You can wake up to the peacefull sound of the waves & the smell of the fresh ocean breeze. What a wonderfull way to start any day. You'll enjoy the simple clean fresh new look. Painted in "beachy" earth tones with custom faux walls.
The Spacious Master Bedroom with Queen size pillow top matress has Plenty of Storage, it's own Master Bath with a tub, TV and DVD Player, comfy Recliner to enjoy a view of the ocean from the indoors or relax and read a book to the sound of the waves. The large 2nd Bedrrom has 2 full size beds & Walk in closet, The hall bath has a walk in shower. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans & both baths have granite counters
The Back Balcony is accessible from both bedrooms, with chairs & table for you to enjoy the ocean breeze, gorgeous sunsets or take in the beautiful night sky.
The Living Room with a Comfy recliner chair, Lazy Boy couch with recliners at each end, 36 Inch Flat Screen TV & DVD player. Our Kitchen has been thoughtfully stocked for all your cooking needs. The Screend in Lanai with table, chairs & ceiling fan is a wonderful place to enjoy a meal outside.
Ceramic tile floors thru out the interior, 3 sets of Sliding glass doors, the Lanai in the front & the balconies from both bedrooms in the rear, give our condo a very light and airy feel with a wonderful cross breeze of fresh ocean air. The tranquil sound of the ocean waves will lull you to sleep.
We supply you with a basket full of beach towels, 2 beach chairs, beach blanket & an umbrella.

Why the Owner Chose Bonita Beach Club
We have been visiting the Bonita Beach Club for over 15 yrs. We have several friends who own condo’s here. The complex & grounds are simply beautiful and the people are always so friendly. The pool is by far the BEST on the beach. We looked at multiple other communities in the area, but none compared to the beauty, up keep, privacy and the feeling you get when at the BBC
No cars driving behind the buildings, no traffic noise, miles of Gorgeous White Sandy Beach are private with no hotels on the beach. It is the place we come to enjoy a peaceful break from our everyday fast pace life, It is like we are in our own little world here. Every time we visited we loved it more and more and it was hard to leave. So, we bought our own condo, now we can come whenever we want.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
We wake up in the morning and look out at the Ocean, eat breakfast on the lania with the smell of warm oceans breeze, then walk on the beach and watch the birds, Dolphins.. On our last visit we saw Mantaee daily swimming right in front of our building.
We Lay by the pool and enjoy the oean breeze Swim and play in the ocean, collect shells.. But if we get tired of the peace & quiet we just head 20 min in either direction North, to Ft. Myers or South, to Naples and get the night life-shopping-movies-malls and so on. We head to town for a great dinner there are so many wonderful places to eat. The kids like the Flea market and of course if we get a rainy day we head to the show-or the mall and can't forget the mini golf. There is plenty to do right in the complex the work out room-the pool tables-shuffleboard and tennis courts no one gets bored. One year we were lucky enough, while strolling the beach at night to come upon a turtle nest hatching. We watched hundreds of baby turtles make their way to the sea by the moonlight what a wonderful once in a lifetime experience. We have made & shared many happy family memories here.

We have visited Bonita Beach for a number of years but this was our 1st stay at your condo. We were delighted with our month long visit and your rental is exactly as described......clean, comfortable, well maintained and the decorating in the living/dining area looks great. The kitchen in most of the units at Bonita Beach Club are quite small, but we choose to enjoy many of the fun local restaurants most evenings, so it was never an issue for us. We would also like to mention how friendly the other tenants were...our neighbors next to us were great! After our early morning walk/jog on the beach each morning, we enjoyed breakfast on the lanai which overlooks the ocean. It was relaxing to watch the beautiful sunsets which we could see right out our front door. We also enjoyed having the beautiful bay view from the bedrooms and the unusually warm....75-80 degree weather. We definitely plan to come back for a longer stay! Thank you again for letting us stay at your condo and for being such a pleasure to work with!

My family has been vacationing at Bonita Beach for over 25 years now. You can't beat the privacy you get from being the last condominium complex on this strip of beach. Very peaceful! We've stayed in several condo's and I have to say that the "A" and "B" buildings are the best views. This particular condo was decorated with fun loving beachy colors and had everything we could ask for. We felt right at home! The owners have definitely kept up with updating their condo. The views from the back bedrooms are gorgeous!!!!! We had a great vacation once again, and will definitely be returning for many more years to come!

This is the 2nd time our family has stayed here and it is a fantastic unit. Perfect for family with plenty of room! Excellent place for a family vacation. Unit was very clean and feels like your own apartment. Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome, excellent, fabulous. The condo is located in an upscale area. The rooms were sparklingly clean and comfortable. The bedrooms, kitchen and lanai all face the ocean. Eating breakfast on the lanai overlooking the Gulf of Mexico was very beautiful. Every morning I walked along a white sand beach filled with pretty seashells and seagulls gliding in the air. We watched dolphins playing and pelicans fishing. We had our choice of swimming in the pool or the ocean every day. We usually did both. At night we went to Naples for dinner. Lots of restaurants and shopping. I highly recommend this condo.

Overall a good experience. Bathrooms were clean. Furniture in living room and dining room were new and very comfortable. Enjoyed eating on lanai looking at the beach and ocean- very calming. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable and the view of the ocean and back bay from the bedrooms was very nice – much nicer than other condos we rented where you look out at a busy and noisy street or other condos. Cross ventilation was much appreciated – sliding doors in both bedrooms allowed wonderful breezes throughout condo when slider or entrance door were also open. Biggest disappointment was the kitchen. I like to cook but range was very old and the pots and pans were unacceptable. Dishwasher was also old and noisy. If cooking and being in the kitchen is not a priority I would highly recommend this condo.
