My husband, Rick, and I were married in 2004. We have both previously been married and have 3 children; two boys, one girl and a gorgeous granddaughter. My father lives in Palm Valley Country Club and we look forward to retiring down here one day. We currently reside in the bay area and work in real estate. We both enjoy playing golf and hiking passionately.
Why the Owner Chose Palm Valley Country Club
My parents retired to Palm Valley in 2000 and Rick and I would visit often. Knowing that we one day wanted to retire in the area, we jumped the gun early when this condominium became available. We fell in love with the view. Whether in the living room, master bedroom or sitting on the patio, we overlook the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains and sit on a 3 par over a gorgeous lake surrounded by 4 spectacular golf holes and 1000's of palm trees reflecting in the water. Instead of waiting until we retire someday, we couldn't pass up the location of this spectacular condominium.
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Palm Valley offers not one but two 18 hole golf courses, the Challenge and the Championship. The Challenge Course is smaller with water on nearly every hole. The Championship Course will never bore you. Joshua Tree National Park is a fun tourist attraction to visit along with Idyllwild, a charming artistic community in the mountains. Shopping is fabulous. The outlet mall is close if you prefer bargains or you may prefer El Paseo where you'll find nothing but up-scale, Hollywood merchandise. The farmer's markets are on Saturday morning in Palm Desert and every Thursday evening in Palm Springs. Also, the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway is a great trip up the mountain taking you from desert to alpine climate in minutes.
