I am an artistic and well traveled. My favorite city is Florence in Italy. I am an interior architect/designer. We bought this property on year 2000 and renovated it to a Tuscan design house. The guest Apartment/suite is added on 2005. This guest apartment/suite is cozy and stylish, fully furnished over 650 sq. feet, wood floors, soaring ceiling with complete kitchen, elegant shower and bath, cable TV. Separate entrance. I have spent all my love and knowledge of Tuscany towards designing and detailing this property and guest Apartment/suite.

We spent a wonderful 10 days in the Lorenzo suite. It is an oasis amongst the chaos of LA. It is convenient to just about everything and the owner was very gracious.
Recommended for:Age 55+, romantic getaway.

Me and my friend stayed in the Lorenzo Guest Suite. We highly recommend this suite and we will definitely be booking it again when we are in California. We wanted to at feel home in LA for the time being and that wasn't hard in this beautiful apartment. The district is fantastic, beautiful and safe. If you want to have a great experience with a great host and apartment, rent the Lorenzo suite! We will when we get back!

The studio, complete with french doors opening to a small terrace in the front and a balcony with a view of the pool in the back, is beautifully decorated and immaculate. The garden is as lovely as described, pots overflowing with colorful flowers,trailing vines, and fountains all framing a stunning pool. My stay included peaches and apricots that were fresh off the trees. The studio has easy access to the 10 and 405 (if you have not visited Los Angeles easy access to both these highways makes life much easier), Beverly Hills and the Century City Mall. Nargess Phillips, the owner is a delight and goes out of her way to make sure her guests are comfortable. I have stayed at several rent by owner properties in the LA area, this studio is by far the best.

My husband and I stayed at the Lorenzo Guest Suite last week. We highly recommend this suite and we will definitely be booking it again when we are in California. The gardens are breathtaking that lead up to the suite. Nargess has created a paradise with the flowers, trees and sculptures. If you enjoy hummingbirds, birds and butterflies, you will not be disappointed. You will see so many in the back yard. It is a haven for wildlife. The guest suite was immaculate and had everything that one needs while vacationing. It was tastefully decorated. One can certainly tell that Nargess is an interior designer. Her passion for decorating was in every detail of the suite. She left nothing unfinished - it was beautiful. The bed was so comfortable. There are so many positive things to say about this suite. The neighborhood is very quiet. We slept well every night. Nargess is so friendly and accomodating. Cheviot Hills is such a wonderful place to walk and sight see. We highly recommend this rental unit. You will not be disappointed. There is ample parking on the street and it is in walking distance to the golf course and park. It was a wonderful experience. We will definitely be renting from Nargess again.

My wife and I stayed at this location for the Rose Bowl weekend. This was a great place and we enjoyed our stay. Nargess took really good care of us and recommended some great restaurants and things to do for the weekend. Giving us DVD's to watch during our stay was a very nice gesture and made the stay feel like being at home. Will definitely stay there again if we are in the area.

I stayed at this beautiful home for 5 weeks on top of the great rate and wonderful surrounding, The owners were a absolutely friendly and made me feel welcome everyday. Pool was amazing to just relax by, and the decor made you feel like you were in another world. It was wonderful i would def return and recommend this vac home to anyone.
