This is our home when we are in Florida so it is much nicer than most other rentals. We have a beautiful, peaceful location here on the bay which leads to the Gulf of Mexico. It is a lovely, smaller home that is very nicely furnished including a new 37in flat screen TV. We like to travel so we make our home available during the winter. Because it is our home, you know it is kept up and in excellent condition because we live in it too. You can enjoy swimming in our heated pool, fishing from the floating dock, or walking to the beach. It is a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors on either side.
