So nice to be in a clean condo close to shopping, train and airport. Nicely furnished, comfortable beds, lovely deep tub in one bathroom. The booking agent was very helpful and patient when a computer issue arose on my end, and William at the condo was very helpful and informative. Highly recommend this booking and will consider it on any future Richmond area visits!

Our party of 4 adults had a wonderful stay in this 2-bdr unit for our weekend trip to Vancouver for a wedding. It is wonderful value considering the space you get (as well as the extensive updated unit & building amenities). The neighbourhood is great (central to shopping and major centres). The listing description was as described (clean and well-maintained). We received very good customer service (ie: good clear communication regarding payment and check-in, & prompt refund of damage deposit). Overall, a great experience. We wouldn't hesitate to return the next time we're in Vancouver.

Since it is adjacent to the airport, this was a tad noisy. Also, there was heavy construction going on in the street below that started early in the morning. With the windows closed, the noise was more than tolerable, but the condo became a little stuffy. On the plus side, the close proximity to the airport was very convenient. Kitchen appliances were decidedly Asian - a rice cooker, but no toaster, for example. A great HD TV, but the cable got few channels. Security was extraordinary and parking was tight. Space was tight too. A little sterile, but all the amenities were there. Those amenities included a small pool, exercise equipment, and a hot tub, all shared with others. Overall, a pretty good value.
Owner response:Our kitchen is fully equipped including a coffee machine and a toaster oven. Vancouver/Richmond is visited by many visitors from Asian countries and we have hosted many Asian guests from all over the world, and they appreciate the rice cooker, chop sticks and the rice bowls that we provided in addition to all the standard kitchen cutlery. Our free cable TV service includes all HD and digital TV for all major Canadian and US networks, there are almost 50 channels to choose from including 3 Chinese program channels!

We rented this condo for 3 months and could not have asked for a more perfect location close to all amenities. Enjoyed the well appointed condo, and the terrace and gym on the 5th floor. The owners were very accomodating ensuring we had everything we needed. Would definately go back.

I appreciated the quick responses when booking the condo. William was very helpful when checking in/out. He made sure we knew how everything worked and gave us brochures of places nearby. The grocery store, other shops, and the train are very close. I enjoyed the view and the spacious layout of the condo. Felt very safe with all the security getting in the parking garage and into the condo. The only negative comment I have is that several mornings I did not have hot water in the shower. Not sure if that was because everyone else in the building was up at that time or not. Would recommend this area and condo to anyone planning a trip to Vancouver/Richmond.

This is my six times in Vancouver and I've been different hotels in Vancouver and Richmond. Kitchen is always my preference when I travel with my kids, the owner even bought new rice cookers for both units when I mentioned. These units are highly recommend to anyone who is interested to stay in Vancouver or Richmond area.

We loved the apartment. The proximity to stores, restaurants and rail system was perfect. The check in and out was so easy. Thank you for making our visit to the Vancouver Olympics a wonderful experience.

We recently spent 6 days at this condo and were very happy with the location to restaurants, shops and public transportation. The condo is new and clean and we had plenty of room for our family of four. The owner was very accomodating and the check in and out process went very smoothly. We would stay at this location again and recommend it to our friends and family.

The Condo is beautifull, clean and roomy. The location for us was perfect. Would like to return in the summer so that we could take advantage of the large deck with wonderful views. Only one negative and that is that it took several calls to retrieve our damage deposit. Thanks for a lovely stay. The Taylers
Owner response:The damage deposit was returned immediately to the agent who reserved the condo for the guests.

A lovely new condo and very well situated in Richmond. We loved the floor-to-ceiling windows and the views were beautiful. The condo is spacious and the bedrooms are bigger than they look in the photos. Everything felt brand new and nice. We were walking distance to lots of great restaurants, shopping and the Lansdowne skytrain station. We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit the Lower Mainland.
