Located in the heart of Summit County, 70 miles west of Denver, our brand new mountain home provides guests with a wonderfully memorable ski/family/holiday vacation. You will enjoy the amazing mountain views and the view of Lake Dillon, as well as first-class accommodations - while enjoying all the outdoor activities Summit County has to offer.
For you skiers ... you're less than a 20 minute drive to Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Loveland, and Copper Mountain ski resorts and 30-40 minutes to Breckenridge or Vail.
You're within walking distance to the extensive shopping at the Silverthorne Outlet Stores, local dining, and the Blue River, as well as a short drive to Lake Dillon or The Raven Golf Club at Three Peaks. Summit County is an incredible place to spend your vacation; winter or summer!
Our home is a 3,700 square foot walk-out ranch, with an oversized 3-car heated garage on a 5+ acre lot with a floor plan that's perfect for entertaining, socializing or peace and quiet. There's a huge deck off of the great room with views of the lake, continental divide, Tenmile Range and the top of North Peak at Keystone. There are four bedrooms and four full bathrooms; plenty of room for large groups or multiple families.
Situated up high on a quiet street, our guests enjoy privacy, incredible views, and sun in our gorgeous, peaceful mountain home.
