With 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths we are perfect for families. And with the fabulous golf courses at Myrtlewood we are great for golfers as well.
This is our personal condo that we use and rent to friends and family. We have included all the amenities of home to make your vacation comfortable! Stay with us and you'll be back year after year!
There is an elevator in the building of this 3rd floor corner unit with a beautiful balcony view overlooking the lake and swimming pool. One king bed and two queen beds, comfortably sleep 6. Wireless internet and 4 flat screen TVs with built in DVD players are just some of the luxuries provided. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to eat in, and there are several designated charcoal grill areas for the more eager cooks.
Ample sheets and towels are provided as well as a full size washer/dryer, iron & board. Extras such as board games, cards, DVDs, reading material, small CD player, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.
An entry code will be given prior to your arrival. No keys to keep up with and no lengthy check-in process!
Location can't be beat!! Magnolia Pointe is the new development located within Myrtlewood Villas off 48th Ave., 1 mile to Broadway at the Beach. Minutes drive to Myrtle Waves, Nascar Speedpark, Palace Theatre, Dixie Stampede, The Convention Center, Carolina Opry, MagiQuest and Ripley's Aquarium just to name a few. The ocean is 1.5 miles away with many public access areas. Magnolia Pointe is located in the center of all the beach has to offer yet in a quiet, relaxing setting.
Motorcycles, trailers, RVs & sportscraft are not allowed in the complex however, parking is available at the front office.
This is a non smoking unit.
No pets, sorry my son is highly allergic.

We love Magnolia Pointe! My sister bought a place here, and we liked it so much we bought one too! The location can't be beat. I am minutes to shows, shopping, great restaurants, and the ocean. I also like that these units are newer and have an open floorplan, updated appliances and updated bathrooms.

I enjoy traveling, gardening, laying on the beach on a beautiful sunny day and all things real estate related. I have put many hours into equipping this unit with all the extras of home. Thank you so much! We are so sad to leave. My daughter is crying because she has to leave her "holiday bed" in her "holiday house"!! Everything was perfect. I have never seen so many towels in one house! And so white! How do you make them so white? I told my hubby I'm buying white towels when we go home if Debbie tells me her secret!? Thanks again for a fabulous place to stay. We will definitely be back, LOVE Myrtle Beach!

We were overjoyed just knowing we would be returning with family to be able to share this most outstanding place with them and enjoy the holidays. Everyone was totally amazed with the place and said it feels so much like home. I told everyone about the word I had come up with after our first visit (fanamazable) and they said they could find no words to describe the place and how much they enjoyed it. So, as you know me, I had to come up with a new one "supmazinastic" (super, amazing, fantastic!). Thanks again for making our Myrtle Beach stay memorable and oh so comfortable. Dear Debbie & Frank, This is a lovely place and very well appointed! Since it chose to rain most of the week, we were very grateful to have such a comfortable place to relax, celebrate a friend's 90th birthday (who lives here); visit the butterfly farm and sit on your balcony! Debbie and Frank I have to definitely give it to you.. BEST VACATION STAY EVER! You guys definitely know what guests want and need and what to do to keep bringing us back. You have my husband and I hooked because not only did you do a great job furnishing, decorating and keeping your home clean and beautiful, but you also took into consideration everything your guests would want or need and on top of it treated us like family. I appreciated all the help you gave us and how friendly you guys are because you made the renting process so easy. The linens you have in your home was so soft and great quality everytime I laid in the bed to go to sleep I would be out in a second. The view was jaw dropping I started screaming and jumping in the air when I saw everything because the pictures didn't do it any justice. We loved our stay and we definitely plan on coming back. I would be stingy and not tell anyone about this place so I have it from now on, but I have to let people know how wonderful you are and how gorgeous your condo is. I never wanted for anything and that's hard to do on vacation you really thought up of everything. I definitely appreciated the extras you did for us as well to welcome us and thank you for taking into consideration that I have a toddler and making it very fun and clean for him as well. As for my dad he was in heaven with all the tvs because it was the World Cup time and he's inlove with Soccer and you really couldn't get him out of the pool either :o) You guys are so close to the beach and in a perfect spot for public beach access with a shower. My son is a beach fanatic and I couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you guys for the best vacation I could have ever asked for and I definitely recommend EVERYONE to go here (just not when I want to go ok?) haha
