O.K. so you're searching the websites for your next Myrtle Beach get away. If you are looking for a clean, comfortable, spacious, and affordable place to stay, our unit is for you. With 3 Bedrooms and 2 Baths we are perfect for families. And with the fabulous golf courses at Myrtlewood we are great for golfers as well. Our off-season rates are comparable or lower than 2 bedroom units!
This is our personal condo that we use and rent to friends and family. We have included all the amenities of home to make your stay comfortable!
The unit is 3 years old, newly furnished this summer and new to the rental market. There is an elevator in the building of this 3rd floor corner unit with a beautiful balcony view overlooking the lake and swimming pool. One king bed and two queen beds, comfortably sleep 6. There are 4 flat screen TVs with built in DVD players. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who prefer to eat in, and there are several designated charcoal grill areas for the more eager cooks.
Ample sheets and towels are provided as well as a full size washer/dryer, iron & board. Extras such as board games, cards, DVDs, Playstation, reading material, small CD player, beach chairs, and beach toys are provided for your enjoyment.
Our off-season rate is $80 per night that includes taxes and fees! A security deposit of $150 for nightly and weekly rates is required. There is 2 night minimum stay.
An entry code will be given prior to your arrival. No keys to keep up with and no lengthy check-in process!
Location can't be beat!! Magnolia Pointe is the new development located in Myrtlewood Villas off 48th Ave., 1 mile to Broadway at the Beach. Minutes drive to Myrtle Waves, Nascar Speedpark, Palace Theatre, Dixie Stampede, The Convention Center, Carolina Opry, MagiQuest and Ripley's Aquarium just to name a few. The ocean is 1.5 miles away with many public access areas. Magnolia Pointe is located in the center of all the beach has to offer yet in a quiet, relaxing setting.
Motorcycles, trailers, RVs & sportscraft are not allowed in the complex however, parking is available at the front office.

Hi, My name is Debbie and my husband is Frank. We have been married for 17 years. I am a stay at home Mom of beautiful twin boys. I enjoy traveling, gardening, laying on the beach on a beautiful sunny day and all things real estate related. I have always wanted to try my hand at rentals. This past summer we bought our condo and I stayed in Myrtle Beach cleaning, furnishing and getting it ready for others to enjoy!
Why the Owner Chose Myrtlewood Villas
We love Magnolia Pointe! My sister bought a place here, and we liked it so much we bought one too! The location can't be beat. I am minutes to shows, shopping, great restaurants, and the ocean. I also like that these units are newer and have an open floorplan, updated appliances and updated bathrooms.
