The third floor is the master suite with walk in closet and Master Bath. The shower has 9 shower heads and bath tub all surrounded by marble and designed tile decor. Off the Master Bedroom is a Full Deck with two lounge chairs as well as three couches. The entire unit has dark Brazilian Cherry wood floors.
Fully Equipped Kitchen with a 6 burner Gas Range, 2 Ovens and Micro Wave. A 16 speaker sound system with speakers throughout the yard, office, living room, kitchen, Master Bedroom, Bathroom and Balcony.
