  My family and I really like the house. We were afraid of what we would find as we did in Brazil and all over the internet, but we were surprised by what we found. The house was neat and as seen in the photos. We rent the townhoiuse Story Time 1. Also the condo is great and we had excellent service. There was a little trouble to get into the house that the owner decided promptly. Only I was a little dissatisfied with the lack of choice and quality cookware and knives for those who love to cook like me. I had to buy some kitchen accessories. At the hotel I was last year had more options of kitchen accessories than in the house. I recommend climate Charter Rental homes because it was much better to stay in this house than hotel. Would rent again for sure.

  We had a terrific time at the Story Time Townhouse in Windsor Hills. The Townhouse was a great home away from home! Beautiful! Story Time owners were great....excellent and quick to respond to questions. Windsor Hills is close to Disney World and the Townhouse was very clean and comfortable! The kids loved the Disney bedroom and the splash pool was so....warm and inviting at the end of a busy day in the parks! We loved our stay and will be staying there again in the future! Thank you to Story Time owners Elias & Tanya! It really was a Magical Time!

  We had pictures of the house,but when we went in we were still amazed. The place was beautiful. It took about five minutes for the kids to get into the pool. Two of them went from the front door to the pool, clothes and all. We picked our bedrooms, and the rest of the week was perfect. Two of my sons said it was the best vacation they ever had. It is a great area for walking, the lagoon pool and hot tub area is a treat, and the little convience store is handy. There is a super market close by, and several places to eat,although we did eat it in most nights. We went to five parks. Sea world, Magic Kingdom[ fire works] Animal Kingdom, Universal, and Kennedy Space Center.It was not our first time to the parks so we knew what to expect, but we were excited about everything. I think I would recommed seeing at least one fire works display, and for inspiration, the Space center. It takes about an hour to get there, it's inexpensive as parks go, I believe under 12 is free. There is only one ride, and it's worth trying. Not dangerous, but it is realistic.There is a bus tour, and a recreation of the first moon landing that will keep you on the edge of your seats. And even after you see it you will not be able to explain to anybody the size of a saturn 5 rocket. So, all this excitement and now you go back to your house.Even with 13 people you can find a place to be alone and quiet for a while. Sit in the living room and look at the dining room table that at first you think is to nice to use. Live it up. Give it a try. Take a walk around the block[slowly], or take a nap, you probanly need one.Don't pay to much attention to the clocks. They work, but they don't really mean much, until Saturday when you think, we should have stayed another week just to lay around. I would very much like to do the whole thing again. If I do I would make a few changes but not the house. The house remains a constant. Easy to get to, fun to live in, and difficult to leave. Oh, by the way, this is important. I made my reservations for the end of Feb. in October I think, and everything went off whithout a hitch. That is a long time to worry if everything is going to be OK, because it all does'nt happen at once. Don't worry it's going to be just fine.

  Just a quick note to thank you for helping make our dreams come true!!! The magic of DISNEY started at your front door. We recently travelled as an extended family of 10 (4 grand kids aged 5-8, 2 sets of parents and a pair of grandparents) and stayed at Story Time Castle. It was more than perfect. We felt at home, relaxed and there was not one amenity missing right down to blow up toys for the pool.The drive is amazingly short to Disney and for those struggling with staying on-site or off-site as we did, trust us , this route seems much more convenient and comfortable. It made our trip in so many ways. The kids felt within their comfort zone of their home routines, the kitchen allowed us to prepare & pack healthy snacks to the parks, and getting in and out of the parks from door to door was so smooth with a drive that was consistently between 5-10 minutes. Laundry facilities allowed us to pack so much less and the shopping close by was great for the off-days. We had sun by the pool in the morning and afternoon, but a nice shaded area to eat as well.We just can’t say enough, but are positive there is no better way to experience the Disney Parks than staying with you. There was more than one occasion where a few or all of the kids would have chosen to stay at your home rather than go to the Disney Parks, now THAT says a lot.

  We really enjoyed the house we stayed in. It was a great size, had a great theme, and was very comfortable. I would most definitely recommend this house to a friend and relative. Not only was the property itself great but, I loved how secure the neighborhood was. We definitely felt safe! I would say that the house was a little "worn" compared to the pictures - mostly the carpet and some areas that need to be painted. In addition, little things such as the garbage disposal didn't work great. However, we had an amazing time and I will definitely be looking at this same rental property when we plan our next visit to Walt Disney World!!!

  We had a nice vacation, the place is wonderful and so is the location! Everything about the property was great! Our only complaint was on our second day there was a note on the door not to park in the driveway cause they were fixing the roof. It would of been wonderful to know this ahead of time by the owner who I spoke with upon arrival. We were forced to get up early due to the noise.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, sightseeing.
