I should have written this review months ago but late better than never. I AM IMPRESSED. After coming to Myrtle Beach for 15 years, this is the nicest unit we have stayed in. We are very glad we did. The condo is right on the beach only few steps we are in the ocean. VERY convenient. The many available amenities make this place very pleasurable place to stay. The condo is just beautiful inside, nicely decorated, very neat and clean and dealing with the owner was as easy as can be. We definitely look forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything.

Great Surprise

This was our first time staying at a condo in Myrtle Beach. This wasn't just a "Condo". This was more like our "Condo". The description and photos are as if I had posted them. I wasn't sure about the walk to the beach, until our first day. WOW! Right on the beach..only few steps walk. The location of the condo was perfect for everything. From the Barging Shops to major chain grocery stores to the best of restaurants. This will be our "Condo" every year we come back to Myrtle Beach. If you want a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that wants a PERFECT vacation. The owners were very attentive to all my questions and quick to respond.

HOME AWAY FROM HOME

This was definitely a home away from home. The condo is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The location has convenient access to all area pools. It was very clean and well maintained. The community was quiet and peaceful and included all the amenities we were looking for in our accommodations. The owners took care in providing things with the rental to help make our stay so much more enjoyable than if we had obtained alternative lodging. I’m looking forward to renting here again in the future and have recommended it to all my friends.

Very comfortable family vacation

This is my second time to rent from Adel. I was in his Royal Palm's place last year, this time I tried this Brighton condo. I am very impressed of how clean and how many updates it has. Kitchen has everything we needed, beddings were great quality, clean and relatively new. The entire facility was wonderfull. I AM IMPRESSED, AAAAAA++++++ THANK YOU. Will be back soon.

Unit is very dirty, and lacks any sense of attention by the owners......Would never recommend it to anyone.....needs mega attention and clearly the owners are using it to make money!!!! Dah!! can't really do that unless you keep it up!! Would never stay here again....the pictures are well touched up!!

Our family enjoyed our stay in this condo very much! It was comfortable, clean and well appointed with everything you need for a relaxing get away. We decided to fly into Myrtle this year, knowing we had a washer and dryer in the unit made packing easier. Adel was a pleasure to work with and I would not hesitate to recommend this unit for a great vacation.

True beach lovers resort and family retreat

This is the third time we rented from Adel. We are back because we loved it, VERY reasonably priced and it much MORE than what is advertised for!. By far, the best condo we have ever rented in MB. Great oceanview and excellent seventh floor location. About 1,650 sf living space ( very nicely furnished with attention to details). View from the balcony is breath taking to say the least. Large balcony with access from both bedrooms and den, kitchen and living room. Oversize bedrooms with large baths. Exceptional space in den. Large dining table with space to move around. Kitchen very efficient, well-equipped. Property very clean/well maintained. Owners very helpful throughout leasing process. Would recommend this unit to all families with children and also seniors, Grounds around Kingston Plantation is very nice with several pools, outside bar, lovely ocean views. Yes this is our third visit but certainly is not our last, we will come back every year. Thank you for making your place so enjoyable.

A Great Place!

Sometimes families get apprehensive when selecting somewhere to stay. This condo was everything the owner had described. We loved staying here! It was very clean, spacious, well-maintained, and had a great view of the ocean. Kingston Plantation is a great place to take your children to fish. There are several areas that you can do this and you do not need a fishing license.The owner was very prompt in returning any e-mails and answering any questions. You would not regret choosing this condo! Wal-Mart,Tanger Outlets, Bass-Pro Shop, and the Myrtle Beach Mall are very near and easy to get to. A great place for ice-cream is at Kirk's Ice-Cream Shop, Highway Business 17. Whenever we return to Myrtle Beach, this condo and area will be where we stay!

Wonderfull ocean retreat

What a wonderful, tropical retreat! This is our second visit. We had a wonderful time at this lovely vacation home, very spacious and clean. The pool area was great with shady and sunny areas around the clock surrounded by very nice landscaping. We had great fishing expedition with the kids and also daily fishing at the close by pier was very peaceful. The condo is directly on the water, you can see the bay, and right on the beach. The sand there is very fine, almost like baby powder, and cool to the touch even in the mid afternoon sun. At this time of year, the beach was not crowded during the week and provided amazing sunsets. Took advantage of many Myrtle Beach attractions and restaurants all within a short drive of the house. What a great, relaxing vacation!

Great getaway

We spent the last week in August and first week in September in this wonderful Condo in the beautifull resort of Kingston Plantation, it was outstanding value. Adel and Sheiry were wonderful hosts, they ensured our stay was stress free and we did not want for anything. Our 2 teenage girls said it was the best holiday they had ever had - wonderful accommodation and a beautiful beach . The layout of the Condo was perfect for us, the 2 teenagers had a room to themselves whilst we had the huge master bedroom suit with great balcony overlooking the ocean. The pool and BBQ area were perfect. This is an outstanding holiday property and we would love to stay there again.
