  Just returned from this condo and the property was just as stated. The views of the ocean on the balconey (from the bedroom to the livingroom) were wonderfull. My family of 5 had plenty of room to unwind comfortably. Grounds in Kingston Plantation are immaculatly maintained, we found the sand volleyball net on the grounds particularly fun for the family & some additional people joined in also. Would go again, and use this condo.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  The condo was exactly as described. It was very clean & bug free. The condo has a terrific porch with a great view on the ocean. We had a great "care free" stay thanks to the owner.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children, sightseeing.

  We ,my family and I, enjoyed our stay in Myrtle Beach very much. Our condo 's location was perfectly located . The condo itself needed more attention.Everything in it had somewhat of a sticky film on it and the entrance way upon entering it smelled of a cat having occupied this space. Don't get me wrong ,i have a cat but when I go on vacation I don't want to smell someone else s cat being there.The hallway was well taking care of ,but the smell every time we entered our condo was really bad. A little extra attention to this offensive smell would go a long way.The Embassy next door would NOT allow our children access to the fun activities next door or the splash pool.This was a hard thing since it was a part of the Plantation and also next door, Since this was Biker week it was very hectic and the beaches were crowded but we still had plenty of fun outside of the Plantation.......Thank you

When I inquired about the odor you mentioned; it appears that the morning of your arrival the condo was fumigated - done semiannual for insects and bedbugs. Best assured I do not allow pets. I am glad that your overall experience was good with my promise to exceed your expectation next visit. Since your visit we have added brand-new balcony furniture, new set of cookware and also all new sets of pillows and beddings. Thank you again I truly appreciate your business.

  This condo was simply wonderful. Everything was even better than described. Very elegantly decorated. Adel was great and so easy to deal with. The price was a real bargain. The view from the two terraces was awesome. We were so pleased that the condo was immaculately clean upon arrival. We are golfers and the fact that Arcadian Shores Golf Course was steps away and the surrounding area had numerous golf courses to choose from, was just what we were looking for in a vacation, not to mention walks on the beach which was also, only steps away. Myrtle Beach is a perfect vacation getaway with so many restaurants and activities for every age. I loved it and will definitely book this condo next year. Thanks Adel, for everything.

  Sorry it took me too long to post this reveiw. Owner has been great with us, prompet response. Condo is as discribed. Very clean, neat, professionaly decorated and simply awsome. The balcony view is breath taking. This was our first time to rent from VRBO but certainly wont be the last. We enjoyed our stay for the winter and coming back next winter.

  I should have written this review months ago but late better than never. I AM IMPRESSED. After coming to Myrtle Beach for 15 years, this is the nicest unit we have stayed in. We are very glad we did. The condo is right on the beach only few steps we are in the ocean. VERY convenient. The many available amenities make this place very pleasurable place to stay. The condo is just beautiful inside, nicely decorated, very neat and clean and dealing with the owner was as easy as can be. We definitely look forward to staying here again. Thanks for everything.

  This was our first time staying at a condo in Myrtle Beach. This wasn't just a "Condo". This was more like our "Condo". The description and photos are as if I had posted them. I wasn't sure about the walk to the beach, until our first day. WOW! Right on the beach..only few steps walk. The location of the condo was perfect for everything. From the Barging Shops to major chain grocery stores to the best of restaurants. This will be our "Condo" every year we come back to Myrtle Beach. If you want a place to stay, I HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that wants a PERFECT vacation. The owners were very attentive to all my questions and quick to respond.

  This was definitely a home away from home. The condo is very spacious and comfortably furnished. The location has convenient access to all area pools. It was very clean and well maintained. The community was quiet and peaceful and included all the amenities we were looking for in our accommodations. The owners took care in providing things with the rental to help make our stay so much more enjoyable than if we had obtained alternative lodging. I’m looking forward to renting here again in the future and have recommended it to all my friends.

  This is my second time to rent from Adel. I was in his Royal Palm's place last year, this time I tried this Brighton condo. I am very impressed of how clean and how many updates it has. Kitchen has everything we needed, beddings were great quality, clean and relatively new. The entire facility was wonderfull. I AM IMPRESSED, AAAAAA++++++ THANK YOU. Will be back soon.

  Unit is very dirty, and lacks any sense of attention by the owners......Would never recommend it to anyone.....needs mega attention and clearly the owners are using it to make money!!!! Dah!! can't really do that unless you keep it up!! Would never stay here again....the pictures are well touched up!!
