This 2 bedroom condominium at the beach is owned by an Ohio couple and was used as a winter home. They rented units around Venice looking for the right match until they found this unit at "The Gulf Twin Towers". Gulf Twin Towers has 52 units on seven floors and eight units per floor. Most of the resident are seasonal and spend the winter there before going back home. A club room on the first floor allows the residents to hold meetings, special celebrations and holiday events. There are social committees with events planned and all are welcome. The elevator, railings, paint and main vent stacks have all been replaced in the recent past. Windows, screens and sliding doors were replaced this year with hurricane resistant technology.
Shortly after it was purchased the condo was completely upgraded, including the kitchen and master bathroom. The floors were re-tiled, carpet replaced, painting, new furniture, the works. It was used two to three months a year for the past few years. The master bath has a large walk in shower. The living room and master bedroom have an excellent view of the ocean, beach and pool area. The pool and beach are across the street in the properties private entertainment area. A heated swimming pool and restrooms are available as well as shuffleboard court and lots of outdoor furniture for watching the amazing sunsets.

The views of the beach are tremendous. The amenities fantastic and the friendly neighbors make it a great place to live. We stayed at other properties first and eventually found our home here at Gulf Twin Towers.

My mother and father own the condo and I live close by and help them to maintain the unit. Since they aren't travelling like they used to, they would like to rent it to a nice couple looking for a winter home away from home.
