The condo is ocean front with views of the Atlantic from both rooms and both decks. Watch the sunset over the bay from the rooftop deck. With beach access at our front door, there are no streets to cross to get to the water.
Long Beach Island is an 18 mile long barrier island off the Atlantic coast of New Jersey that is fun without being touristy. Holgate is typical of the small resort towns that make it a popular summer destination. LBI is safe and its white sandy beaches, rated among the best in the USA, make it a quiet and perfect get-away for the whole family. People come here mainly to relax. The Atlantic Ocean is ideal for swimming, surfing, kayaking, shelling, bird watching or just admiring. The island-long bike lane that runs in front of the condo is just right for biking and rollerblading. In nearby Beach Haven the streets are lined with stores and galleries, ice cream parlors, miniature golf and Ferris wheel rides. Recreational fishing trips are available and the beaches in front of our condo are good for stripers, blues and fluke.
The air-conditioned bedroom has a queen-sized bed, cable TV and DVD. The common room has a queen-sized sofa bed, Broadband and wireless internet access, cable TV, DVD and VCR, AM/FM radio with CD player. The fully equipped kitchen includes coffee maker, mixer, toaster, microwave, dishwasher and fridge. Beach chairs, parasol, BBQ and washer/dryer are in the storage shed, next to the outside shower.
