Exquisitely furnished. Charming living room with a brick fireplace, hardwood floors, Pottery Barn slip-covered sofa and oversized chair - plus formal country dining. There is a spacious cottage kitchen with breakfast area adjoining a cozy family room.

The master bedroom boasts of Ralph Lauren "Cottage" bedding & an extremely comfortable King bed with antiques side tables and lamps. Bedroom #2 has two twin Pottery Barn Seagrass beds (that convert into a king) & #3 also has two pillow top beds (that convert into a king - if desired). All linens are brand new. There is also a sofa bed in the family room. All are perfect for a great nights sleep!

Enjoy the ocean breeze on the patio in front of the home under the magnificent cypress tree. Feeling energetic? -- San Clemente now has a beach path that goes the entire length of the town from California Beach to North Beach. Surfing? -- enjoy some of the best surf in the world!

Recreational areas close by include Dana Point Harbor for trips to Catalina Island, fishing & marine exploration, Laguna Beach for it's art festivals & shops, San Juan Capistrano & it's incredibly beautiful Mission & Equestrian Park that hosts world-class equestrian events.

Why the Owner Chose San Clemente

This location is very desirable because it is in a quiet part of town with only a couple of streets of income units, surrounded by high-end single family homes. The street is a "loop" with very little traffic except for the people living on the two streets.

The Unique Benefits at this House

If you are looking for a cozy, well maintained cottage with extremely comfortable furnishings - this is the place. Close to restaurants, shops -- but not on top of them! The beaches are less inhabited in this location.
