This spacious and luxurious 3200-square-foot villa features an abundance of glass to capitalize on the breathtaking views. 50-mile, 180-degree beach and ocean views spread out in front of you from every major room. Every detail is dedicated to modern luxury, comfort, and privacy. The house has two master bedroom suites with king beds and ocean views, and two guest bedroom suites with queen beds. Every bedroom has total privacy, with luxurious en-suite baths and well separated entrances off long hallways. The spectacular great room, with 20-foot ceilings and a wall of tall glass Nana doors, opens onto a vast patio with private infinity pool overlooking the beach and ocean. The elegant dining room shares these views, as does the modern gourmet kitchen with Viking appliances.
The house features a complete wet bar overlooking the great room, and an adjacent office area with desk, WIFI, and landline phone. Travertine marble floors, Hansgrohe & Duravit Fixtures, and custom furniture help to complete the experience of luxury at this exceptional house.
Other amenties in this villa include a full laundry room with washer and dryer, air conditioning, satellite TV, high speed internet with WIFI, DVD player in every room, Blue Ray player with in-wall surround sound audio/video in living room, outdoor music speaker, and acres of closet space.
This villa is a private home located in the boutique luxury resort Sky Beach Club. This resort accommodates a total of 38 guests, so it will never be crowded. You will have full access to all resort amenities including concierge service, resort pool (that is in addition to your private pool, of course), hot tub, beach chairs and palapas on the beach, and room service from the restaurant when available. Sky Beach club has a superb fine-dining restaurant, the Bistro, which serves three meals a day. Private chefs are also available for your villa. It is a short walk down the hill (a minute or two) from the villa to the beach.
Sky Beach club has a spectacular beachside infinity-edge pool with poolside service all day long—breakfast, dinner, drinks—and a swim-up cocktail bar. It has a long, beautiful, pristine, pink-sand beach, usually deserted, with beach chairs and palapas for shade.
The town of Governors Harbour, five minutes away by car, has a charming collection of 19th century homes and churches overlooking its historic harbor. Buy fresh fish and lobster every afternoon from fisherman at the town dock, or visit the recently restored Haynes Library, which dates from 1897, for the weekly coffee hour for foreign residents and tourists. Governors Harbour has grocery stores, restaurants, liquor stores, two banks with ATMs, a bakery, gift shops, a dive shop, and a medical clinic. Friday Night Fish Fry in Governors Harbour, a street/beach party that brings together all the tourists and locals with food, drink, and dancing in the street, is not to be missed.

I was so very privileged to have been invited to attend a Wedding in Eleuthera. Our friends hosted many of their guests at the Sky Beach Club. This resort was incredible. The amenities were outstanding, the views were breathtaking, the food was delicious, and above all, the service from all of the staff left you wanting nothing more. Simple things like being offered a "lift up the hill" by the General Manager, Curtis; or the fact that every single member of the service staff was kind enough to remember you, and address you by your first name. This truly speaks to the level of care and attention put forth in the quality service. Finally, if you had to go to Eleuthera and stay in a shack; you would probably still enjoy yourself; however, when you stay at the Sky Beach Club, you are staying in the most luxurious accommodations imaginable! The houses were beyond my dreams. I could continue, but instead, I would recommend taking the time to visit this place yourself. 10 out of 10 in my books, and I am sure that every single guest shares the same sentiment. I have stayed at the Sky Beach Club twice, and have eaten at their restaurant the BISTRO a number of times. The first time I stayed at Sky Beach was the first time I had ever been to Eleuthera, and I believe it was one of the factors that convinced me and my husband to move to the island. It is a gorgeous resort, with scenic views that are postcard perfect. I have stayed in the villas and they are immaculate. Beautifully designed and furnished, with a small private pool and patio over-looking the ocean...perfect! There is also a large pool by the restaurant with a swim-up bar for the whole resort to use. There is satellite TV in the villas and Wifi through out the resort. The restaurant is amazing! I have not had a bad meal. The food is fresh and always good. Everyone that works at the resort are friendly and inviting. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It is no wonder that when my husband proposed to me, Sky Beach Club was the first place we both thought of as a perfect reception site for our wedding. We reserved the whole resort for the weekend of our wedding and had our friends and family stay with us there. Curtis (the manager, and so much more) was instrumental in planning our wedding. If there was any doubt about anything, Curtis always had a solution and made everything about the wedding possible. The staff were amazing, friendly, and were willing to do almost anything for us and our guests. One even gave our guests a ride back to the resort from the Fish Fry. The wedding menu was soooo good, soooo delicious! Nothing was lacking. In my opinion, it was the perfect wedding... And it was the perfect wedding because it was at the Sky Beach Club. Now that we live on Eleuthera, we go to Sky Beach frequently. It is a great place to relax for the day, by the pool with some great food, drinks, and company. We recently attended a wedding reception at Sky Beach and stayed in one of the houses with our two small children. The house was absolutely beautiful, complete with full gourmet kitchen, laundry room, patio with private pool and some of the most amazing ocean views I have seen anywhere. The rest of the property is equally stunning (though admittedly a bit rugged in parts) and the atmosphere is very relaxed. We were blown away by the service and personal touches offered by Curtis and the rest of the staff; they were able to orchestrate a private dinner party in our house, remember our names around the pool and at the restaurant, and put together a wedding reception for 40 people that was truly magical. We just got back from staying a week at Sky Beach and we are already planning our return. Words can't describe how awesome the trip was. We have been all over the Caribbean for the last 6 years, vacationing there at least twice a year, and Sky Beach has been our best experience yet. My wife tells me we are staying ther for a month next summer and I would do it in a heartbeat. We stayed in unit 9, which is a 3200 sf house with it's own pool... which my kids loved. The house was incredible, just like you see on the website. The staff at Sky Beach are the best. Curtis, the general manager, is top notch. He made sure everything was perfect. If you wanted to know what to do, where to go or what to eat on the island he had the perfect advice. Eugene and Selena at the pool, bar and Bistro were great. They knew our names by the first day and you couldn't ask for a more friendly staff. The beach, I must say is one of the best beaches I have ever been to. Powder pink/white sand, perfectly clear and clean blue water...the best! And you have them all to yourself! If you are looking to relax in the most perfect setting.....Sky Beach is the place. Don't listen to the people who knock this place. I have very high standards and Curtis and the Sky Beach team exceeded every one. Me and a group of girlfriends stayed at the home and had a fantastic time! the house is gorgeous, and the staff and food at the beachside bar were wonderful! The house is kid friendly if you plan on taking your children and the beach is just steps away. I've thought about the island and the house everyday since i left. We've decided to return in April. We rented this beautiful villa for a week with our 4 teenage daughters and were overwhelmed by our choice! The house if possible, is even better than in the pictures! The ocean view is amazing from almost every room, the windows are huge and allow us to admire the view!There is absolutely everything you need, it's like being at home...only better! The only recommandation I'd make would be to bring bugs' spray; they're pretty agressive at night!
Recommended for:Families with young children, families with teenagers, age 55+.
