The community features an active tennis program, beautiful clubhouse with a restaurant, grille room and lounge, heated swimming pools, Jacuzzi, and large fitness center.
Renters of this "golf" unit enjoy full golf privileges, as well as all of the privileges available to a "social" renter. Monthly rentals only.
This first-floor unit is nicely furnished and fully equipped. All newer tile and carpet. The north facing rear lanai overlooks the fourth-hole fairway from across a beautiful pond. Keeping the sun beautifully rising and setting from you left to your right without all the heat. You will want to spend a lot of time in your beautifully finished glass lanai, open the doors and enjoy a beautiful breeze. The master has a king mattress, huge walk in closet, direct access sliders to lanai, wonderful light and a very large double sink master bath, with separate shower area. Guest room has 2 twin beds, can be put together for king size. Guest bath and laundry area are in hallway. The living room has a color TV, VCR/DVD player, and Wet-bar! The kitchen has a breakfast table that seats four. The dining area table seats six to eight. A car-port is available for your use and included with the rental. This unit is directly across from the community swimming pool and Jacuzzi, so you can just walk out your front door and relax a few steps away at the pool. Extra guest parking spots are located near the pool.
Countryside is about a ten-minute drive from the famous "Fifth Avenue South" area with unsurpassed fine restaurants, boutiques, and art galleries. The public gulf beaches are approximately a 15-minute drive away.
Marco Island is about 20 minutes away. The Mall and Zoo, are about 7 minutes away. So much to do, but you will love staying inside both your unit and community in between excursions.
