Located amongst towering pines, two miles high up Baldy Mountain Road with views of Breckenridge Ski Mountain. It is only 3 scenic miles from Main Street Breckenridge.

The 5 Bedrooms:
Main floor master: The master is spacious with a king size bed; hand crafted from reclaimed doors from Kansas, the other Western furnishings create an atmosphere of mountain elegance. The luxurious hammered copper soaking tub provides pure relaxation to the end of a day of skiing, hiking or just plain relaxing.
Main floor bedroom: The “guest room” is well appointed with a queen size bed and luxurious French linens. The main floor bath is just steps away.
Loft suite: The loft bedroom has a dramatic queen size canopy bed and is flooded with natural light from a huge picture window. The bedroom and bath have an elegant Southwestern look. The loft outside the bed/bath suite has a reading corner, huge log beams and views of the great room and great outdoors.
Kids room: Equipped with two bunk beds, to sleep 4. The Americana Western decorations are fun for kids and adults.
Second lower-level bedroom: Sleeps 3 with a bunk bed, twin top and queen bottom.
The fourth full bath is shared by the two bedrooms.
The lower-level also has a large recreation room with pool table, shuffle board table, family room and full kitchen.

The free Breck bus route allows all interested parties to get to and get back from the slopes at their own pace. You are 2 miles closer to the stars and at night looking up is really a sight.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Salvage barn flooring, Master bath with a free standing copper bathtub, hot tub under the stars, firepit area perfect for smores and enjoying the night.
Snowshoeing trail that the "outfitters" use is right down the street. HIking and Snoeshowing above treeline is possible with out acces to a vehicle.

Thank you so much allowing our family to stay in your wonderful winter wonderland home!! Our family gathered for a White Christmas to remember and we were taken by the beauty of this property. From the moment that we arrived everything felt like home. The amenities and the home itself were just as described, but the pictures don't do justice to the beauty and comfort that we found in this lovely home. Our grandchildren had a great time sledding in the driveway and spent countless hours right in the front yard!! I really wanted a more secluded place where my grandchildren could spread out and play in the snow to their hearts content and that is exactly what we found in this home. We had three sets of children and everyone had more space than we could have ever dreamed of finding to accommodate us. The town is just picture prefect for a Christmas postcard. We even found a beautiful little country church to worship and celebrate together on Christmas Eve (we took a whole pew). Greg, thanks for the memories and we will return! The Abells'

Owner was very easy to deal with and very helpful in supplying information about the town, dining, skiing, etc. Very nice house located close to the top of the mountain with lots of parking in the drive and garage. Easy access to the shuttle for downtown shopping or skiing. Lower level is a recreation room/wet bar/kitchen pool table and shuffle board table, spent lots of time down there. Outside is a hot tub under the stars and/or snow, just a real relaxing place well furnished, lots to do around town.

My family had a fantastic ski weekend at this property. It's very spacious with plenty of room for your family, your friend's family, their friend's family....There is a living area on the main floor and a living area on the ground level floor, which was great for the kids--plenty of room for everyone to play, watch tv, etc. Very clean,comfortable, and well maintained with great views--you're way on top of the mountain that's directly across from the ski area. The listing information is accurate. I would highly recommend this house for a Breckenridge getaway!

Our stay at this property was incredible. From the gorgeous furnishings, updated appliances and thoughtful amenities, these owners spared no expense to ensure our stay would be memorable. There was a resort feel to the house which left us in a relaxed mood the entire time - and the hot tub was an added bonus! The location is perfect for those that want to enjoy dining and shopping in Breck, but yet feel far away from crowded streets. We enjoyed hiking right down the road and viewing wildlife around the area. This secluded mountain retreat was exactly what we were looking for and we hope to visit again soon!

We loved our weekend at this home. It was decorated wonderfully and modern, great amenities, great views and the large layout was perfect for my family of 5 (3 kids under 7) and another family with 3 kids under 10. Even a room with bunkbeds that the kids LOVED. Spacious, clean, incredibly comfortable beds (I asked the owner where they bought the mattress), cozy, nice upgrades, private and quiet yet close to the town and transportation to the lifts, nice garage, and fantastic kitchen. Our bedroom made me feel like I was in a swiss chalet. Highly recommend!

Our ski vacation was much more than just skiing- it was the accommodations at Breck N Ranch that tied it all together- amazing 360 degree views, warm cozy surroundings and endless sledding right outside the front door! This spacious home gave way to relaxing by the fireplace with a cup of hot Joe while the kids were downstairs giggling & playing twister. Other than your ski gear, pack light as this place truly has all the comforts of home and then some. Just minutes down the mountain you will find a quaint little town with big time shopping, dinning and ski lifts at every turn. We can't wait to return to Breck N Ranch- we hope to make this an annual event for our family and build memories that will last a lifetime!

Loved this place while visiting from London! Secluded and serene setting in the pines. Mountain lodge feel with plenty of space for entertaining large groups. Good nooks for hiding away to read a book. The dramatic window in the great room lets in lots of light with great views. Modern western style. The copper soaking tub is to die for. We will definitely return!

Wow, you guys did a great job. The furnishings are very unique and cool. Love the master bath tub and the copper counter tops. The kids loved the bunk bed rooms and the sledding right outside the door. Congrats the place is beautiful.
