I'm always a little nervous renting or booking a property I've never been to before; sometimes photos and/or reviews are misleading. NOT SO with this place. It was the perfect size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 kid) - cozy, but with plenty of room for everyone. It felt like home immediately. It was well-appointed, but not stuffy. I didn't have to worry about the kids breaking something every 3 minutes. Well-stocked with condiments and basic foods, but word to the wise: go to the grocery store in Hendersonville before checking in so you don't have to go back the next day! I agree with the other reviewers about the view: the photos don't do it justice. When we arrived it was sunset, but since it was high summer, the mountains were still visible even past dusk. We all just sat there on the porch drinking in the view before we even unpacked. I loved it so much that my husband made me a photo collage of our time there for Christmas! Location is perfect - Blue Ridge Parkway (not to be missed: Pisgah and Mt. Mitchell were an easy drive, as were Linville Falls and Looking Glass Falls), Asheville and the Biltmore Estate, Brevard and its many waterfalls, the list goes on. All of it was an easy day trip from this wonderful cabin. The private waterfall was a bit dangerous when we were there, as there had been flooding in the area, but if it had been a year with average rainfall, it would be a lovely spot to wade with the family. It was perhaps doubly impressive in flood stage. The trail is a little dangerous, especially for those with small children, but my little mud monkeys had a great time going up and down it (mine are 8 and 11). Li was extremely easy to work with, and responded to my emails with any little question on the same day I sent them. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a vacation free of crowds, lines, and traffic. It was heaven!

My fiancé, our Australian Shepherd, and I stayed at Infinity Ridge 12/28/13--1/4/14 and we already miss the place! We had such a good time at the cabin and the surrounding areas of Asheville and Hendersonville that we are actually considering moving to the area in the next few years. Li was very easy to work with and we would love to rent this cabin again. You will not find a better view than the one this cabin has. The photos are not only accurate; I don’t think they do it justice! Gorgeous view of the mountains from the living room, master bedroom and upstairs bedroom as well. There is a back porch with rocking chairs and a hammock and also a very large deck on the side of the cabin that both overlook the amazing views. It is a western view so you get amazing sunsets! The cabin itself was decorated beautifully and felt very welcoming the minute we walked in. The bathrooms and the kitchens were well stocked. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, grilling on the side deck, and sitting by the fire. We were there late December/early January so it was a bit too cold to enjoy the back porch and side deck as much as we would have liked. Every morning and late afternoon we would bundle up and take our dog on a long walk around the area. There is a stream that runs parallel to the road that has several waterfalls. Half-way through our week long trip it snowed at the cabin and it became even more beautiful than before! The only downside to the cabin: The road was tricky going up the mountain (easy going down) the first few times but we got used to it towards the end of the trip. The road is paved and gets cleared of snow and ice regularly but it is just so steep with some blind curves. It is very narrow with almost no shoulder and going up the drop-off was on our right side. We are from Florida and were in a huge rental minivan so we weren’t used to the mountain roads at all. We arrived the first day close to sun-down in the pouring rain so that was a little scary but once we pulled up to the cabin it was well worth it! The locals of course were flying up and down the mountain with no problem! My advice for your itinerary would be to stay in the first couple of nights until you are comfortable with driving the road during the day. Save going out at night for the second half of your trip! I don’t mean this as a deterrent, just some advice to make your stay at this cabin even better! Thank you for the amazing experience! Wendy, Brian, and Anya

Owner response: Thank you Wendy! We love to share our little cabin with people like you who enjoy the beautiful mountains. Pretty soon you will be going up and down the mountain road like us! :) We hope to see you again!

Our family celebrated Christmas week in this beautiful home. we brought along our two dogs and they really enjoyed the surroundings. Believe the photos you see on this website. The home has everything you need to make your stay feel like being in a resort. We all had a wonderful time. Very relaxing. Nearby is Chimney rock and Lake Lure. Both have shopping and restaurants. You will not run out of beautiful areas for hiking. The rivers and streams are fantastic. A photographer's paradise. We will definitely recommend Infinity Ridge to all our family and friends. Don't wait-book your trip now. We definitely want to return.

Incredible view and wood fireplace is why we decided to come back a second time and to get married on the deck……Kitchen is stocked with utensils and many condiments for those who love to cook…You may find a cheaper cabin, but it will not have the view that this cabin has.

We absolutely loved our stay at the cozy cabin that offered amazing mountain views and colorful sunsets every night! Location was perfect for those who enjoy lots of activities throughout the day...hiking at DuPont State Forest (three incredible waterfalls), zip lining and white water rafting in nearby Saluda, numerous scenic hikes to mountain tops (John's Rock), and of course Chimney Rock and its quaint surroundings. The cabin was clean, nicely decorated, and provided everything needed for a comfortable stay. The back deck with rockers was our favorite evening spot...again the sunsets were spectacular. Li was a pleasure to work with, and we would definitely return to this cabin! Susan, Brad, Evan, Luke, Colton and Kavik

What a great place to stay. The home is absolutely lovely with every little detail. The views are amazing. Elevation 3,000ft. The owners have left the kitchen stocked with things you likely forgot to bring. There is a Indigo Bunting that serenades you every morning and evening from the same tree. Close to Chimney Rock and Lake Lure. Visited Hendersonville also, great little town. P>S> the directions that the owners email you before your arrival are great and they leave detailed notes on how to operate everything in the home. Very helpful.

I have nothing but good things to say about the property and it's owner. We arrived to a very clean, welcoming cabin that has an amazing view. There is a small waterfall close by that provided some mild adventure for our family (wife and dog). The cabin is convenient to town and also convenient to Asheville. My wife and I decided to travel to DuPont State Forest to see some of the waterfalls, which were nothing short of breathtaking. The property is managed by the owner. He was available upon request and promptly returned my emails and phone calls. Excellent service, and thanks to him for sharing his little slice of paradise! God bless
