Caribe Villa on St John USVI is owned by America’s famous artist, Peter Max. It is located on beautiful Boatman Point overlooking Klein Bay and Rendezvous Bay, and is south of St Croix..
Caribe Villa is a spacious multi-leveled five-bedroom home that has magnificent ocean views, complete privacy, and all of the amenities one could ask for to make their vacation comfortable and memorable.
The Great Room comfortably seats 10+ in front of a 37” flat screen TV and is great for family gatherings after dinner.
The deck is 25’ wide by 85’ long and overlooks the ocean. It has a 12’ x 22’ pool, with two covered areas for shade, if desired. The deck is furnished with teak outdoor furniture for watching the sunrise or sunset, lounging in the sun while enjoying the trade winds, having a light afternoon lunch, or enjoying a catered meal by one of St. John’s favorite chefs.
All bedrooms are equipped with A/C, telephone, flat screen TV’s with DVD players, Satellite Dish Network TV, iPod clock radio docking stations, and an iron with ironing board.
Our guests will receive a personalized, signed poster from Peter Max, mailed from his New York City studio (one per reservation).
This villa is available for St. John destination weddings and other special celebrations, up to 125 guests.
