Our unit is located on the 2nd floor of Gulfview Club on beautiful Marco Island. The building is directly on the beach, and our unit is facing Residents' Beach and has a view of the garden and a slight view of the beach from the balcony. We have covered parking on the same floor as the unit which makes it easy to load and unload groceries without using the elevator. Unit is close to the elevators and washer/dryer room (directly across the hall from the unit). Tennis courts and an exercise room are located at the luxurious high-rise building We have plenty of beach chairs, towels, cooler, boogie boards, umbrellas, etc. Unit has brand new carpets and ceramic tile throughout the unit.
