Year Purchased: 2007
My husband and I have always wanted a place in the sun to break from the long cold winters in the Utah Mountains. We fell in love with Puerto Vallarta and the charm of the people, the sound and beauty of the ocean, watching rising grey and humpback whales, and the spectacular mountains, and lush jungles. We began an 8 months search until we found the perfect spot to build our Townhouse Villa, right on the water and with the protection of Banderus Bay.
Why the Owner Chose La Cruz de Huanacaxtle
We chose this location because it is close to authentic Mexico towns and cuisine with the privacy and security of a gated project. We are at the very end (hence Cabo) of the resort and our next door neighbor has a hacienda which is spacious and rarely visited except for the gardener and the care taker of its pristine grounds. We love watching the sun rise and the moons reflection off the water while enjoying our private heated infinity hot tub.
