Fourth floor unit overlooking main pool and sundeck (high enough for privacy, low enough to avoid Delta Airlines and actually HEAR the waves crashing on the beach)! Beautiful Florida sunsets daily from your private balcony (see photo for ACTUAL VIEW from our deck)! Bed linens provided, just bring your bath linens, beach towels, personal items and suntan lotion!
This unit was TOTALLY refurbished in 1999 & is constantly being "touched up", since it is our second home. New kitchen counter tops added in Summer'06,in addition to a new bathroom vanity,sink, mirrors, and under-vanity storage drawers for personal toiletry items, socks, P.J.'s, etc. (not present in other Sunbird units unless they've been upgraded!). It is one of the nicer units at the Sunbird complex. (Many Sunbird units haven't been upgraded since they were built in the mid-80's! Beware!) FREE local calls on portable phone inside unit. For your convenience we accept VISA, M/C, and DISCOVER.
No smoking allowed within unit. On-Site maintenance available if needed....No waiting for help in an emergency! BRAND NEW A/C unit installed in October 2004.
Primary renter must be at least 25 years or older and STAYING in the unit for the DURATION of the rental period. (No renting for kids and then leaving town!) Sunbird is a VERY family-oriented resort-those choosing to disturb others WILL BE asked to leave with NO REFUNDS!
$10 Parking Pass Fee must be paid upon arrival at Sunbird office to get your validated Parking Pass. This policy is strickly enforced, so don't forget!!
