The Unique Benefits of this Townhome
One of the nicest things are the high ceilings and architecture so many condos have 8 foot ceilings, this is a town home so its 2 story no one above no one below thats so nice and very high ceilings building is more modern and newer not a small 800 sq ft 3 bed this is over 1440 square feet. Decorating is more contemporary, no cozy florals, its more modern looking with neutral paint white and cream, thats important when there is a few of you keep it light and spacious,and you can actually walk to all the bars restaurants, your on the main artery street in Pacific Beach and lastely its great value there are three townhomes we want to get them booked and so keep the prices down Property is gated there is good parking what more do you want
